1966 impala ss 396 big block, with a Muncie 4-speed and a 12 bolt rear end. The final assembly was Doraville,Ga on June 6, 1966. Paint code KK artesian turquoise with a black vinyl top, black interior trim code 813

Here's some video of my father's classic car, a 1966 Chevy Impala Super Sport Convertible with Caprice Package (rare), 427 engine, 390 hp, 4 speed. The color is blood red. It has a nice purr and rides like a boat. It's one of the only hot rods he's owned that I could actually drive and shift without having to be a bodybuilder! Overall, I think it's a very cool classic car in great shape!

Hard to believe there was a junkyard like this one. Almost all of the cars are 2 door hardtops. There is also a lot of convertibles. I know i will never ever see anything like this again, Im glad i did

THIS IMPALA STARTED LIFE IN NORTH CAROLINA, THEN I BOUGHT IT AND STARTED THE CONVERSION PROCESS TO A 2 DR 66/96 IMPALA SS. TO BE CONTINUED OR TRADED AS IS.I HAVE THE GLASS, THE BUMPERS, THE CHROME AND THE MOLDINGS, MOST ALL THE PARTS TO FINISH IT LESS THE INTERIOR.
