1965 Falcon Futura Wht

A great "compact" car! Falcon started out in 1960 as fairly bland, but quickly developed some style. You can see this one has lots of style, a great, colorful interior and dealer installed air conditioning! Under the hood is that 200 c.i engine attached to automatic transmission! Nice, economical, stylish transport.

On "My Car Story" we're in Burlington IL at Burlington Park Car Show on 9-11-16. We're looking at a 1965 Ford Falcon Futura 2 Door in Honey Gold Paint with a 289 CI Engine. The car's Owner is Tom Allen. He mentions his wife’s Father bought the car in 1965 a month after the car was new from the neighbor. Tom shares, “I rarely see them on the road anymore because they either rusted out, or were dragged ( Drag Raced )”. ENJOY!
