2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek 1st Drive & Off-Road Review

( http://www.TFLcar.com ) Is the 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek more than just a taller Subaru Impreza and if so is it off-road worthy? Those are the questions that we try to answer in the video first drive review as we test the new 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek on the beautiful Island of Oahu, Hawaii. At 8.7 inches of ground clearance the new Subaru XV Crosstrek certainly has enough ground clearance to be off-road worthy. When you combine that with Subaru's all-wheel-drive and new body cladding the parts are correct for more than just a another small commuter Crossover in an already crowded market segment. But what happens when the rubber hits the dirt road? Check out this video to find out.

We recently had the chance to test drive the car in Hawaii and spoke with the car's product manager to find out.

2013 Subaru XV CrossTrek Off-Road Drive & Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek is the best of cars and it is the worst of cars. With a 2.0-liter Boxer engine that puts out 148 horsepower and 145 lb.ft. of torque and an optional 5 speed manual transmission, the Subaru XV Crosstrek isn't the fastest car in the segment. However it does get 23 MPG in the city and 30 MPG on the highway according to the EPA. So what makes this beefed up Subaru Impreza both the best and worst of cars. Check out this Colorado off-road review to find out.
