I was at the Formula 1 race today and there was a huge crash involving Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton, Romain Grosjean and Sergio Perez. As you can see in the video I wasn't really expecting this much action.

F1 2013 - Red Bull RB9 Launch [Detail Shots HD]
The championship winners of 2012 have today presented their new 2013 machine, unsurprisingly named RB9. The new car features a modified livery to represent its new title sponsor, car maker Infiniti which now also is the commercial name of the Renault engine in the back of the car.
Adrian Newey meanwhile mentioned a few highlights of the new car. First of all, the front wing has been stiffened up to comply with the increased stiffness required by the FIA, claiming it is "actually very hard to comply now".
Another interesting note is about the stepped nose. In fact, Red Bull retain the stepped nose, but has included a very small vanity panel to make it a bit more smooth, but Newey said "it's very small, because a larger one would imply an unjustifiable added weight".

Red Bull's RB9 is the ninth car produced by the team and it will first see the track next Tuesday at Jerez, where Mark Webber will begin testing the new car.
