BMW ring Taxi vs Porsche 911 on the Nurburgring (The Nordschleife!)
This is the best race track in the world. The Nordschleife! This is the one were every bike on the track gets in the way of the cars, but to be fair it isn't a race, and the bikers are only there sight seeing not to ride fast. This video is from 2007, BMW M5 vs Porsche 911 (the passenger is a biker and has just been riding round the track, now he goes in the Porsche, several times he says how 'incredible' the car is he even points out how much the bikes slow the cars down drastically especially after the bus, listen to him, the bikers think they are going fast!) People can make excuses for the riders in this video, which is fine, but at the end of the day it's a video about cars not bikes, and for those saying it isn't Sabine, IT IS Sabine driving the BMW! it is the old M5 with 450 bhp! I meant, it's easier to ride a bike than drive a car, to learn at least. Not to take anything away from the bike riders, it takes skill, lots of skill and balls of course, or stupidity, which ever you like. No I wont ride a bike at these kinds of speeds, I like being alive, yes I will drive a car at these speeds, it feels safe, even if it isn't!

E60 M5 SMG Launch Control [HD]
A series of videos showing the E60 M5 SMG's launch control. The first run in the video which produces lots of smoke was filmed by me, that is to say I was not behind the wheel of the car, so the launch procedure was aborted for some reason and that's why there was so much tyre smoke as it was essentially back in manually launch mode whereby the throttle needs to be modulated to keep spin under control. The subsequent runs were all driven by me, there was one instance where it bounced off the limited when it should have auto changed up through the gears for me, this might be because my clutch was on it's way out and in fact my clutch went by the end of this day (see my other YouTube videos). Big thanks to Phil & Roy at CA Automotive for inviting me along for the day.
