2013 Land Rover Range Rover Test Drive & Luxury SUV Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/land-rover/range-rover/2013/?id=32972 The Range
Rover was first launched way back in 1970 and now for the 2013 model year
there is an all new and totally redesigned 4th generation SUV. The overall
look has still remained throughout the years while also evolving with the
times. And this new 2013 Land Rover Range Rover looks as amazing as ever.
Land Rover states this vehicle has a couple of different design elements
that include: Luxury, Sustainability, Relevant Functionality and
Desirability. Underneath the all the luxury lives the soul of one of the
most capable off-road vehicles ever produced for the mass car market. But
with the high price tag many of these luxury SUVs will never step foot off
the pavement. The base price on a new 2013 Land Rover Range Rover is
$82,650 with the top of the line Supercharged Plus model with the
Autobiography Package starting at $130,100.
For over 40 years Land Rover has been producing the Range Rover and over
that time this vehicle has become the ultimate luxury SUV. This new 4th
generation Range Rover is bold, beautiful, and powerful. This high end
vehicle drives so well you would be hard pressed to find anything wrong
with it. The Range Rover offers a great powerplant, luxurious ride, and all
the features and options you would expect from the leader in luxury SUVs.
The 2013 Range Rover has been completely redesigned inside and out. For
starters they really simplified the instrument panel. Now there are a lot
fewer buttons and the infotainment system is much more intuitive. The
typical driver will not be going off road for the most part, but it is nice
to know they can. Those capabilities are at your fingertips when driving
the 2013 Range Rover.
Under the hood lives a 5.0 liter V-8 engine pushing 375 horsepower and 375 lb-ft. of
torque through an 8-speed automatic. Step up to the Supercharged models and
power jumps to 510 horsepower and 461 lb-ft. of
torque. Fuel economy is 14 MPG in the city and 20 MPG on the highway. Land
Rover has also improved the stability and braking dynamics of this Range
Rover. In fact everything about this luxury SUV is all new but the most
exciting fact is that the weight has been reduced by 700 pounds. Because of
this you will be getting better fuel economy and better performance.
The Terrain Response System is an all new system for the Range Rover and
has several modes of operation. You can choose between a Snow/Gravel
setting, a Mud and Ruts setting, a Sand setting, and the most aggressive
off-road setting is the Rock Crawl Mode. There is no question the 2013
Range Rover is one of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced
SUVs on the market.
There are 4 different trims levels when it comes to the 2013 Land Rover
Range Rover. Choose from the Base model, the HSE model, the Supercharged
model, and the Autobiography model. The latter model swaps out the seating
for 5 and replaces the rear bench seat with 2 Captain's Chairs for maximum
comfort. The Autobiography model is the most luxurious SUV you can buy.
Land Rover has really done a great job with this model. The 2013 Range
Rover is just a brilliant vehicle. If you can afford this luxury SUV do
yourself a favor and go buy one.

2013 Lamborghini Aventador Test Drive & Exotic Car Video Review
Wow is about the only word that comes to mind when you view the 2013
Lamborghini Aventador for the first time. Press the throttle and this
exotic car warps your mind. This sexy beast is the rightful heir to the
Lambo throne and replaces the Murcielago as the ubber raging bull. With any
new Lamborghini release, the world becomes enamored and awestruck, but this
all-wheel drive beast has really upped the exotic car game and left its
competitors in the dust. So what's it cost to drive the pinnacle of
automotive engineering? Try a cool $400k on for size!
Check out all the specs on the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador
50 years ago a man named Ferruccio who owned a successful tractor company
wanted to buy a sports car so he bought a Ferrari. He liked the car but had
a few suggestions to make it better. When Enzo Ferrari snubbed Ferruccio
the battle for exotic car supremacy was born. Now on the 50th anniversary
of Lamborghini, we have this, the greatest Lamborghini's of all time: the
There is a new king at the top of the Lamborghini family tree. The
Murcielago has been loved for many years and the Aventador has stepped up
to take its place. This is the biggest and baddest Lambo you can buy. The
car reviewed here in the test drive video sports a $14,000 matte paint job
that looks amazing. Up front the headlights are gorgeous with the unique
LED daytime running light "Y" style. Down the side you notice the massive
wheels with the huge carbon-ceramic brakes and bright orange calipers. The
car is very low measuring only 44 inches tall. The scissor doors look
fantastic and are a Lamborghini trade mark. Out back the engine is open
only covered by a transparent bonnet allowing you to see the heart of this
beast. The wicked looking tail lamps mimic the pattern seen on the
headlights. The whole look is aggressive supercar super amazing!
Under the bonnet is a 6.5 liter V-12 engine that produces 691 horsepower and 508 lb-ft. of
torque. This rocket ship blast from 0-60 MPH in 2.9 seconds! Keep your foot
planted and the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador has a top speed of 207 MPH. The
ISR gearbox is a 7-speed transmission that shifts in milliseconds. Another
innovation on the Aventador is the push-rod style suspension. This setup is
more commonly seen in Formula-1 race cars.
The interior on the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador is inspired by a fighter jet
cockpit. The steering wheel feels great in your hands; the center stack is
perfectly angled to allow the driver to monitor climate, navigation, and
audio. The gauges are not analog rather a TFT Screen.
Driving the Aventador is the closest thing to flying a fighter jet. The
acceleration is wild and the engine is ferocious making lots of noise since
its mounted right behind the cabin. Besides the power, this exotic car
handles fantastically. There are 3 different drive modes on the Aventador.
Strada is the normal mode where traction control is at its fullest, the Exhaust note is muted a bit, and the
shifts are easier. Sport mode relaxes the traction control and shifts get a
little quicker. For the real Lamborghini experience, pop the car into Corsa
mode and the car go on full tilt with lightning fast shifts.
At over $400k this car is only for the rich. But they are getting an
amazing machine that is wild, brash, in your face, and aggressive. It's
everything you would want from a Lamborghini Supercar! There is no better
way to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lamborghini than by driving the

10 of the Best Seven Seater SUVs - Autobytel's 7 Passenger SUV List
though more and more Americans are downsizing to save money, there is still
a need for 7 passenger SUVs and Crossovers. Let's take a look at 10 of the
best seven seater SUVs in the U.S.A.
10) Lincoln MKT - The Lincoln MKT is a luxury version of the Ford Flex with
a total cargo area of over 70 cubic feet. The engine that powers the MKT is
3.7 liter V-6 but there is also a 3.5 liter ecoBoost V-6 engine option. The Lincoln MKT can
be had with AWD too. But what really makes the MKT stand out from the crown
of seven seater SUVs is its unique styling featuring a massive front
9) Buick Enclave -- The Buick Enclave is a worth advisory for some of the 7
Passenger Luxury SUVs like the Acura MDX. The 3.6 liter direct injection
V-6 is a proven commodity having over 280 horsepower plus the ability
to tow 4500 lbs. Where this seven passenger SUV really shines is the
interior. The Enclave is comprised of high quality materials and top notch
technology which help the Enclave make it to the list of 10 best seven
8) Subaru Tribeca -- The Tribeca is Subaru's largest vehicle offering
boasting AWD and room for 7 passengers. With tons of interior room the
Tribeca is not only an effective hauler but it also a capable off-road SUV.
The 3.6 liter V-6 makes over 250 horsepower which is enough
to get the job done.
7) Acura MDX -- The Acura MDX is one of those vehicles that absolutely
nailed its mission statement by being a reliable premium SUV that is built
to last. Standard Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive makes this a sure footed
seven seater SUV. The 3.7 liter V-6 engine provides plenty of power. The
Acura MDX is one of those rare vehicles that owners want to keep forever.
6) Ford Expedition -- The Ford Expedition is a true body-on-frame SUV that
can handle 7 or 8 passengers and their gear thanks to 108 cubic feet or
storage. This large SUV can also tow over 9000 lbs. The 301 horsepower 5.4 liter V-8
might not be the most cutting edge but its works well when mated to the
6-speed automatic transmission. The Expedition is an old school SUV and you
can negotiate deep discounts on this seven seater vehicle.
5) Honda Pilot -- Honda was a little bit late to the SUV game with the
Pilot but they have quickly emerged as a measuring stick for other brands.
The 250 horsepower
3.5 liter V-6 engine is the smallest in the group but it does feature
cylinder deactivation to help save fuel. Perhaps the greatest attribute of
this 7 passenger SUV is that it's very easy to drive for its size. Honda
understands how these SUVs are being used so they made this one of the best
on the market for families.
4) Infiniti JX -- When Infiniti launched the 7 passenger JX crossover,
their #1 objective was to give shoppers a viable alternative to the Acura
MDX. Early sales success indicates they have a winner on their hands. The
aggressive styling, cutting edge entertainment, and trick motorized second
row make the JX one great choice as the best seven seater SUVs. The
Infiniti JX is built for comfort and the CVT trans eliminates shifting so
that the 3.5 liter V-6 engine keeps all 265 horses running smoothly.
3) Mazda CX-9 -- The Mazda CX-9 has remained relatively unchanged since its
debut back in 2007. Although this seven seater SUV is one of the oldest, it
still represents a great value. The 3.7 liter V-6 makes 273 horsepower and is mated to a
6-speed automatic. What the CX-9 may lack in flash more than makes up in
the areas of reliability and overall value. Mazda may be known more for
their Zoom Zoom cars but they can also make some great family automobiles
that can transport up to 7 people.
2) Nissan Armada -- When Nissan launched the Armada, the intention was to
put a dent in Suburban and Expedition sales by providing a full-sized truck
based vehicle with Japanese engineering. The Armada's 5.7 liter V-8 engine
is more than capable of carrying 7 passengers, their luggage, and a towing
a larger object weighing over 9000 lbs. While there are many 7 seater SUVs
and crossovers out there, few can transport them as comfortably as the
1) Chevrolet Suburban -- At the top of the Autobytel best seven passenger
car list is the Chevy Suburban. This is one of the longest running
nameplates in the automotive world spanning many decades. There is a reason
for this; the Suburban can carry 7 or 8 passengers, all their gear, and
more with a very comfortable ride.

2012 Porsche Panamera Test Drive & Luxury Sports Car Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/porsche/panamera/2012/?id=32972 The 2012 Porsche
Panamera is an interesting combination of automotive delicacies. The
Panamera is one part sports car, one part luxury car, one part hatchback,
and one part sedan. Over the past decade, Porsche has created a few unique
vehicles to target a broad range of car buyers. The Boxster is aimed at the
entry level sports car enthusiast while the Cayenne is aimed at those
looking for a quick SUV. But the Panamera offers 911 performance with a
usable back seat. The 2012 Porsche Panamera can range from $75,200 for the
base model all the way to $173,200 for the top of the line turbo S model.
The vehicle tested in this video is the base model Panamera 4 (AWD). It is
powered by a lightweight and direct injected 3.6 liter V-6 engine that
makes 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft. of
torque. The transmission is the famous PDK twin-cutch 7-speed unit that
shifts lighting quick. Fuel economy on the 2012 Porsche Panamera is 18 MPG
in the city and 26 MPG on the highway thanks in part to an auto start/stop
system which shuts down the engine while the car is sitting idle. Sixty MPH
flies by in 5.8 seconds and the Panamera 4 has a top speed of 159 MPH. The
Panamera handles incredibly well thanks to the Porsche Traction Management
system. The AWD monitors driving situations and can adjust power as need.
The Panamera is equipped with Anti-Slip Regulation and Automatic Brake
Porsche Active Suspension Management is optional on the Panamera 4. This
system provides electronic dampening at all 4 corners of the car thus
reducing body roll and increasing handling. The system will also tighten up
the setting based on the selection of modes: Comfort, Sport, and Sport
Plus. The rims are 18-inch alloys wrapped in sticky rubber. The 2012
Porsche Panamera comes with huge 360 mm brakes up front and 330 mm brakes
out back. The calipers are six-piston units. Safety wise besides all the
electronic computer controlled systems, the Panamera 4 features a full
compliment of 2-stage airbags for both the front and rear passengers.
With the rear seats up the Panamera has a luggage compartment with over 15
cubic feet of storage space. But with he seats down the hatchback design
allows for over 44 cubic feet of cargo room which is a large amount for
this segment. And believe it or not the 2012 Porsche Panamera can tow up to
4850 lbs. The Panamera is a very efficient and powerful sports car that
offers a high level of luxury and sophistication while being able to
transport 4 passengers in style.

2013 Mercedes-Benz GL350 vs Lexus GX460 Off-Road Mountain Mashup Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL350 Bluetec and the 2013
Lexus GX460 are both luxurious 7 seater family haulers that can certainly
go off-road. However that where the similarities end. Under the hood of the
Mercedes is a V-6 turbocharged diesel
engine while under the hood of the Lexus is a more traditional gasoline
powered V-8. Of course we wanted to know not just how well the brand new
2013 Mercedes GL compares to the Lexus when it comes to ride and handling
but perhaps more importantly how the Mercedes compares of-road when the
going very muddy. You see the Lexus is based on one of Toyota's most off
road worthy vehicles...the Land Cruiser. So how did the big Merc do? Check
out this off-road Mountain Mash-up Review to find out.
