2013 Lamborghini Aventador Test Drive & Exotic Car Video Review
Wow is about the only word that comes to mind when you view the 2013
Lamborghini Aventador for the first time. Press the throttle and this
exotic car warps your mind. This sexy beast is the rightful heir to the
Lambo throne and replaces the Murcielago as the ubber raging bull. With any
new Lamborghini release, the world becomes enamored and awestruck, but this
all-wheel drive beast has really upped the exotic car game and left its
competitors in the dust. So what's it cost to drive the pinnacle of
automotive engineering? Try a cool $400k on for size!
Check out all the specs on the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador
50 years ago a man named Ferruccio who owned a successful tractor company
wanted to buy a sports car so he bought a Ferrari. He liked the car but had
a few suggestions to make it better. When Enzo Ferrari snubbed Ferruccio
the battle for exotic car supremacy was born. Now on the 50th anniversary
of Lamborghini, we have this, the greatest Lamborghini's of all time: the
There is a new king at the top of the Lamborghini family tree. The
Murcielago has been loved for many years and the Aventador has stepped up
to take its place. This is the biggest and baddest Lambo you can buy. The
car reviewed here in the test drive video sports a $14,000 matte paint job
that looks amazing. Up front the headlights are gorgeous with the unique
LED daytime running light "Y" style. Down the side you notice the massive
wheels with the huge carbon-ceramic brakes and bright orange calipers. The
car is very low measuring only 44 inches tall. The scissor doors look
fantastic and are a Lamborghini trade mark. Out back the engine is open
only covered by a transparent bonnet allowing you to see the heart of this
beast. The wicked looking tail lamps mimic the pattern seen on the
headlights. The whole look is aggressive supercar super amazing!
Under the bonnet is a 6.5 liter V-12 engine that produces 691 horsepower and 508 lb-ft. of
torque. This rocket ship blast from 0-60 MPH in 2.9 seconds! Keep your foot
planted and the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador has a top speed of 207 MPH. The
ISR gearbox is a 7-speed transmission that shifts in milliseconds. Another
innovation on the Aventador is the push-rod style suspension. This setup is
more commonly seen in Formula-1 race cars.
The interior on the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador is inspired by a fighter jet
cockpit. The steering wheel feels great in your hands; the center stack is
perfectly angled to allow the driver to monitor climate, navigation, and
audio. The gauges are not analog rather a TFT Screen.
Driving the Aventador is the closest thing to flying a fighter jet. The
acceleration is wild and the engine is ferocious making lots of noise since
its mounted right behind the cabin. Besides the power, this exotic car
handles fantastically. There are 3 different drive modes on the Aventador.
Strada is the normal mode where traction control is at its fullest, the Exhaust note is muted a bit, and the
shifts are easier. Sport mode relaxes the traction control and shifts get a
little quicker. For the real Lamborghini experience, pop the car into Corsa
mode and the car go on full tilt with lightning fast shifts.
At over $400k this car is only for the rich. But they are getting an
amazing machine that is wild, brash, in your face, and aggressive. It's
everything you would want from a Lamborghini Supercar! There is no better
way to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lamborghini than by driving the

2013 Mercedes-Benz SL550 Test Drive & Luxury Convertible Car Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/mercedes-benz/sl-class/2013/?id=32972 The 2013
Mercedes-Benz SL550 has been completely redesigned and marks the 6th
generation of the SL-Class. The SL550 is a roadster which is in essence a
two seat convertible. The roof is 13 lbs. lighter than the previous model
thanks to the use of lightweight magnesium materials. The 2013 Mercedes
SL550 has an MSRP price of $103,650.
The SL550 is powered by a twin turbo 4.6
liter V-8 engine that produces 429 horsepower and 516 lb-ft. of
torque. The 7-speed automatic transmission features wheel mounted paddle
shifters as well as 3 distinct driving modes: ECO, Sport, and Manual.
Combined with the start-stop system the 2013 Mercedes SL550 has a fuel
economy rating of 16 MPG in the city and 24 MPG on the highway which is
better than the previous model.
The new 2013 Mercedes SL-Class features an all aluminum body that reduces
the weight by over 300 lbs. compared to the outbound model. This weight
reduction alone provides a huge Boost in performance. In fact with the twin-turbo V-8 engine the SL550 can rocket from
0-60 MPH in 4.5 seconds. That figure is pure super car territory. The
exterior still holds the shape that made the SL-Class famous over 60 years
ago but with modern lines. The Xenon headlights feature LED running lights
which are a must for any self-respecting luxury car. The 19-inch alloy AMG
wheels give the 2013 Mercedes SL550 a very aggressive look.
The suspension features a ton of great technology that offers the most
luxurious yet sporty ride. The active dampening shocks at each wheel adjust
the dampening rate every 10 milliseconds. The result is a smooth ride with
razor sharp handling. The Active Body Control System is tasked with
providing a balanced ride. The body roll is limited when cornering and the
SL550's ride height is reduced as speeds increase.
The 2013 Mercedes SL-Class is a convertible first and foremost. The SL550
features a retractable hardtop that can open or close in less than 15
seconds. MAGIC SKY CONTROL is a trick feature that with the press of a
button turns the roof from clear to opaque or vice versa. Integrated into
the headrests are vents that can provide a cool blast of air on a hot sunny
day. The AIRSCARF system does the opposite. Beneath each head rest vents
deliver a blast of warm air so you can keep the top down even in the fall
The 2013 Mercedes SL550 is one of the best convertible roadsters on the
market today. With a powerful yet efficient 400+ horsepower engine and a
wonderfully automatic retractable hardtop; the Mercedes has tons of

2013 Toyota Land Cruiser Test Drive & SUV Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/toyota/land-cruiser/2013/?id=32972 The Toyota Land
Cruiser has been around since the early 1950's when it was built for
military use during the Korean War. A few years later the Land Cruiser
became a capable civilian vehicle that could handle off-road conditions.
The current 200-series Land Cruiser has morphed into a large luxury SUV but
still retains its hard-core off-road ability. The 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser
has a base price of $78,555.
For almost 60 years Toyota has been producing the Land Cruiser. This is a
legendary off-road vehicle that has built a reputation for not only being
capable but durable as well. Not to be confused with the Land Rover, the
Land Cruiser really has some unique styling cues about it. The Land Cruiser
has always been designed to be a gifted off-road sport utility vehicle and
in many countries this is used as a police or military vehicle still to
this day. Over the decades the Land Cruiser has really evolved; it's been
manufactured in all shapes and sizes. Here in the U.S. we primarily get the
8-passenger 4-door version.
Back in 1999, the Land Cruiser was converted over from a 6-cylinder to a
V-8 which elevated the SUV's status to a more family friendly vehicle.
Today there is a 5.7 liter V-8 engine that makes 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft. of
torque. Fuel economy is 13 MPG in the city and 18 MPG on the highway.
Overall the interior is great with the Land Cruiser having the ability to
carry 8-passengers in comfort. The 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser offers an
amazing driving experience. Its size is not too large like a Suburban.
Instead the Land Cruiser is the ideal size for an 8-passenger large SUV.
This is a great vehicle that you will want to keep in your family for a

2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Test Drive & Crossover SUV Video Review
http://www.autobytel.com/new-cars/hyundai/santa-fe/?id=32972 The 2013
Hyundai Santa Fe is a brand new redesign that makes this the 3rd generation
automobile. It's hard to believe that the Santa Fe came out back in 1998.
Back then there were not many crossovers on the market yet. Now that
practically every automobile manufacturer has a crossover, Hyundai is
playing it smart. They have gotten rid of the Veracruz model and then
Hyundai has created a long wheel base and a short wheel base Santa Fe.
Prices start at $24,450.
There are 2 different engine options available on the 2013 Santa Fe Sport.
The first is a direct injected 2.4 liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 190
horsepower and 181
lb-ft. of torque. The second engine is a 2.0 liter turbocharged and gasoline direct injected motor
that makes 264 horsepower and 269 lb-ft. of
torque. The standard transmission is a 6-speed automatic. Fuel economy is
31 MPG combined for the turbo and 33 MPG
combined for the naturally aspirated engine.
On the inside the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport has a great 8-inch Navigation
as an option. The panoramic sunroof is ultra cool and lets rear passengers
enjoy the fresh air and sunlight. The Santa Fe Sport comes standard with
many great features like cruise control, power windows and locks,
Bluetooth, and steering wheel mounted audio controls to name a few. Safety
wise the Santa Fe comes with 7 airbags, stability control, traction
control, and anti-lock brakes. These items are all standard on the 2013
Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Many improvements have been made and maybe the most important is the
reduction in weight. The 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe weighs 266 lbs. less than
the previous model. That weight reduction has a positive effect on fuel
economy. The Santa Fe Sport can carry up to 5 people. The rear seat is a
40/20/40 split bench making for a versatile crossover SUV. You can order
the Santa Fe in either FWD or AWD configurations.
The 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport is priced right alongside its competition.
But with the Santa Fe you get more standard features for your money along
with a great 10 year 100k mile warranty.

2013 Mercedes-Benz GL First Drive & Review

Mercedes-Benz GL will be at your local dealership in the fall of this year.
For 2013 Mercedes-Benz has completely revamped the model line including the
V8 Mercedes-Benz GL 450, 550 and the diesel BlueTec 350. We recently had a
chance to drive all three version of the GL in New Mexico both on and
off-road and came away impressed by the list of luxury and safety items
that are now both standard and available on the biggest 7 passenger luxury
SUV in the Mercedes Benz lineup of new cars. Check out this first drive

2013 Mercedes-Benz GL350 vs Lexus GX460 Off-Road Mountain Mashup Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL350 Bluetec and the 2013
Lexus GX460 are both luxurious 7 seater family haulers that can certainly
go off-road. However that where the similarities end. Under the hood of the
Mercedes is a V-6 turbocharged diesel
engine while under the hood of the Lexus is a more traditional gasoline
powered V-8. Of course we wanted to know not just how well the brand new
2013 Mercedes GL compares to the Lexus when it comes to ride and handling
but perhaps more importantly how the Mercedes compares of-road when the
going very muddy. You see the Lexus is based on one of Toyota's most off
road worthy vehicles...the Land Cruiser. So how did the big Merc do? Check
out this off-road Mountain Mash-up Review to find out.
