RSD KH-9 Vrod Nightrod Special
Well, sometimes you just want a little more power. The customer that we built this bike for is used to a LOT more power, NHRA power. So, we decided we would step this V-rod's game with a Trask turbo and a full-body makeover. The bolt-on 160HP turbo system with Zipper's Performance auto-tune computer, brought the V-rod from a road rumbler to a road ripper. The rear of the bike was cut and corrective fabrication was applied. We built a single-sided swingarm, new sub-frame, topped that with a handcrafted tail section while flanking the sides with aluminum panels that blend into a carbon fiber front cowling. Fuel was relocated to the belly pan for low CG. Custom made billet triple clamps and Ohlins Road & Track forks and TTX shock with linkage keep her Dunlop tires planted at speed. As mentioned before, we utilized our new digital iPhone gauge which comes included with the free RSD App. It has a GPS speedometer mode but we opted to link the iPhone to the bike's computer using an interface from Gaugeface. We secured the phone to the bike using a Rokform case and RSD-modified Rokform mount. We can now see all the necessary engine vitals and stay charged at the same time. This bike is equally at home on a drag strip as it is on the sunset strip. Shot and cut by Joseph Hitzelberger Music by Jeremy Andrews (downloads unavailable)

RSD KTM Tracker
There's something about the 690 KTM that makes you want to do bad things. It's a great street able single that's got enough torque to put a smile on your face while tame enough to inspire confidence when pushing towards the edge. While our newest version of the 690 is a street bike, it's got a whole lotta dirt under it's nails. We let the stock frame inspire new lightweight airfoil tubing swingarm and subframe. The sheet metal is all hand formed aluminum and draws from traditional dirt track machines while bringing a little motocross influence into the mix. Our newest lightweight Contrast Ops Del Mar wheels are shod in Goodyear Flat track rubber and are stopped by PM brakes front and rear. One Off Hand built Exhaust breathes through our Slant Exhaust tip. The devil is in the details. Here you can see the small things that really set a bike apart, such as: shortened shock reservoir by Race Tech, Raptor titanium foot pegs and billet aluminum brake pedal tip and shifter tip by Hammerhead Designs. Sport Chrome handled all of the polishing and black anodizing for this build. They always do a top notch job for us and parts come back polished to perfection and packaged nicely to prevent damage while in transit. Harley Custom Softail: RSD Black Beauty
Go to WWW.ROLANDSANDS.COM for more information. Black Beauty started life as a stock HD softail and after much chopping and cutting we have given life to a true Sport Chopper. In an effort to further push the functional element of custom choppers we have taken the best elements of the Softail and expanded it. We've used it's rock solid drivetrain and unitary motor tranny combo and maintained the neck, lower cradle and shock mounts also keeping stock frame numbers and it's registration as a HD. With a full road race fork, suspension, brakes, light wheels and a 120HP motor she is an absolute blast to ride. The result is a softail that wheelies, turns and looks the part. Her's to the future of hard riding custom bikes... here's to the Black Beauty. For addition pictures and information go to http://www.Rolandsands.com

530 KTM Cafe Custom Build 1
What started life as a530 Motocross bike was transformed into a no frills mid way custom somewhere between a café racer, a super single and a motocross bike. We always anticipated taking this project further and now that time has come. Welcome to flavor country my friends, welcome to the modern day café racer.

RSD Victory Project 200
This Victory project is for the sole purpose of going 200mph. What started off as a move to do something different with a Victory turned into a quest for the 200mph marker. This has been a personal goal of mine for sometime and to do it on what was a custom cruiser makes it much harder and more interesting. Adding the bodywork and performance parts lends itself to setting this bike apart as a true high speed performer. It will soon be getting a turbo motor which will make it a 200 plus HP beast for both landspeed and the drag strip.
