First , the Supercharger "rattle" sound in engine bay is quite normal , and comes from the bearings of the Supercharger. This goes away over 800rpm, and so you will not hear it when you drive. New setup with E85 fuel.... (1978-79 Buick Skylark Custom Sedan)
Not original engine - it is a redone ZZ4 block with completely rebalanced rotating assembly ,forged crank and so on- with forged pistons , Dart Pro-1 heads (225 type) , modified by myself , Voodoo 1:7 rockers and much more...and Weiand Supercharger with "Superchiller" Intercooler system (pumps and reservoir in trunk...) , "Proform 850" race carburator with E85 plates and some other mods... this is a one-off engine. Driveline is accordingly to engine , with 10-bolt 3,73 / 4,11 "detroit locker" and all that is needed - "c-clip eliminator kit" , competition engineering "slide-a-link" and all the rest. Car is always considered for sale , to the right person ! (owned by myself since 1987 , so I can guarantee the history of this very rare and completely rust free car... I have all original parts in storage, so it can be taken back to complete original condition.) I can even sell Engine without the car ! Not very expensive compared to build cost - which is high. Can be tested on/off track. Buyer must be a licensed racer, because of the nature of this engine. It is wild.... (shipping not possible , will only trade in person , but I answer email.)

Engine off autochoke , warmed up and ready to drive to the winter storage facility. Note the silent run of this ORIGINAL setup , these engines shall sound like a whisper. Only on full power you will get a crisp V8 note from the Exhaust. I will do some servicing in the winter time , always some small things to do. Car is for sale ! See part one...

1967 Lincoln Convertible (part one)
1967 Lincoln Convertible , imported to Norway by myself, from California. This is the last year of the factory convertibles and also the most desireable. The 462 engine was only used in these cars in 1966 and 1967.
Startup with engine on automatic choke , warming up before going into storage for the winter of 2011/2012.
This car is now looking far a new , dedicated owner after 10 years of service, because of my other projects. This Lincoln Convertible is rust free and is always in my dry ,heated storage facility in the winter. The body is now super straight , better than it was from the factory. The car could of course use a new paintjob , but is ok as is. I can be contacted on 47-90963796 , sms also accepted.

"11-SECOND-STEVE" and his 1986 STAGE-1 BUICK 455 REGAL at FLoyd Bennet Muscle Car Show! 6-10-2012
I finally got to meet "11-Second-Steve" in person today at The Floyd Bennet Field Auto/Muscle Car Show! Actually, if it wasn't for Steve's invite(s) ... I would have missed a really great display of ... AUTOMOBILES!!!
Steve wants to race his 1986 Stage-1 Buick 455 Regal against mine. ME TOO!
Steve also informed me as to how to do a BURNOUT ... "correctly!" Steve stated that Ginger's Burnout with my Stage-1 Regal was BETTER than mine (Youtube video)! LOL
Steve's Regal is SWEET ... put together correctly. I learned a few performance/traction mods from him.
STEVE RAN AN 11:90 THIS WEEKEND ,,, without manually-shifting the Buick! He just put the shifter in DRIVE ... and let the 455 & the TH400 automatic transmission do the rest!
Guess who showed up also????

1972 Buick Skylark
1972 Buick Skylark with a Hi-Compression Buick 350-4
I've had this car since October 8th 2010, I'm a senior in High School and it is my first car, my dad payed for half of it and I payed for the other half. I pay for the performance goodies that go into it and the occasional parts that break too. I love driving this old monster even though premium gas prices are outrageous but the rumble and roar of that massive V8 are well worth it. I take pride in this car and my dad and I do most of the work on it ourselves, it's somewhat of a father-son project. We've done nothing but make this car a heck of a lot better than it was when we got it. In the great words of GS Club of America, going fast with class, that's what these Buicks do.
Detials:
Stock HP: 175hp (for 1972 Buick 350-4 8.5:1 compression)
Rear-wheel HP: 226hp @ 4326 RPM (should be a little higher with the Hyfire and Mallory coil)
Rear-wheel Tourqe: 307.8 lb-ft @ 3372 RPM (should also be a little higher)
Net HP: approx. 260hp
Compression: 9.5:1 (not sure, but definitely higher than stock because without prem fuel I get spark knock with the correct fuel to air mixture)
Rear-end gears: 2.73:1 Open Differential (plan on getting a Limited Slip one)
Transmission: turbohydramatic 350 (with a shift kit for fun :D)
Renegade At The Track
This is a good chance to see a budget 928 Chevy V8 conversion perform next to two 911 cup cars. The power plant is a carbureted ZZ4 Chevy Small Block crate engine from GM Performance, Renegade conversion kit with headers and upgraded clutch, stock-ish suspension with a later model coil-over conversion and stock springs, aftermarket front and rear sway bars, late 80's Big Black 928 calipers and rotors, roll cage, race seats, stock rims and BFG R8 245-45-16 tires. This is budget racing at it's best. I guess that's why I hang it out just a little more! Oh, and the smoke you see in turn two has been fixed. It was a PCV that needed to be moved to the front left valve cover opening and not the rear right where it was sucking some oil in long left corners. That certainly helped my ability to go through turn two better and pull the middle straight up to Ego Check quicker.
