1973 AMC Hornet Commercial - Introduction Film - Mason Adams Voice Over
The AMC Hornet was a bright spot in the 1970's. This replaced the Rambler in 1969. It was produced until 1977 and then upgraded and improved as the Concord thru 1983. the AWD models known as the Eagle were produced until the 1988 model year. These cars were proven and reliable with their 232 or 258 cubic inch 6 engines or the 304 or 360 V8 engines. 83,000 were produced in 1973. Also, Mason Adams provides the voice over here, he was known as the Smuckers Jelly Voice guy.

The Unfortunate History of the AMC Pacer
Behind all the jokes and insults, the AMC Pacer is actually a car with a great deal of history. It began as radical new design from an underdog company. In an attempt to combat the big, bland, boxy cars from Detroit's "Big Three," little American Motors Corporation decided to build something a little different. Their one-eyed car stylist Dick Teague proposed a small, wide car with big windows and smooth aerodynamics. Americans had never seen anything like it. This in-depth documentary tells the true story of the Pacer. Unbeknownst to many, the car persevered through manufacturing setbacks, government regulations, and many other troubles. Featuring a ton of old car advertisements and rare footage of AMC's factory, the film helps paint a picture of the Pacer's world. Director Joe Ligo sits down with AMC stylist Vincent Geraci, author Patrick Foster, and television personalities John Davis and Pat Goss from PBS's MotorWeek.

24 Hours of Lemons in a 1973 Plymouth Fury! - Roadkill Ep. 22
On this episode of Roadkill, Freiburger and Finnegan attack the low-buck endurance race called 24 Hours of Lemons. Not content do do this ridiculous race in a reasonable car like a little handling-oriented import, the race car of choice is a one-owner '73 Plymouth Fury that Freiburger bought for $200 before setting it on fire a few times and then gutting it into a race car. The truth behind the scenes of this episode is that much of it was shot almost a year ago, and back then the guys didn't want to air it. You'll have to watch to see why. But now, in 2013, the story came full circle in a way that it only can on Roadkill, and so here we finally present the whole story. Roadkill appears on the Motor Trend channel. http://www.youtube.com/motortrend Subscribe now to make sure you're in on all the action! http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=motortrend Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/RoadkillShow, http://facebook.com/motortrendmag & http://facebook.com/hotrodmag Twitter - http://twitter.com/motortrend & https://twitter.com/hotrodmagazine Google+ - https://plus.google.com/1018679678590...
