( http://www.TFLcar.com ) Rhys Millen and Hyundai took the wrapping off the
new Veloster Rallycross race car at the 2011 Chicago Auto Show. We had a

First Drive review: Is the 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 a budget BMW M5?
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 will take you and
your family around the race track at 175 miles an hour. That's because 6.4L
Hemi V8 is good for 465HP and 465 pound feet of torque. That's a boatload
of power. But how does the fastest ever Charger compare to cars like the
BMW M5 and the Cadillac CTS-V sedan. Check out the video and find out as we
take the Charger for a first drive review.

2012 Dodge Charger SRT8: Star of Chicago Auto Show
The 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 debuted at The Chicago Auto Show this past
week. The Chrysler product does nothing to dispel the love we in America
have for raw horsepower. Joan Rivers
would love a facelift like this one. The Drive Channel and
www.thedrivechannel.com see a winner.
2012 Dodge Charger SRT8
From the 2011 Chicago Auto Show, Cars.com's Kelsey Mays takes a look at the
2012 Dodge Charger SRT8.
► 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8
Designed and built using the proven SRT formula that raises the performance
to astonishing levels, the new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 runs from 0-60
mph in 4.8 seconds, 0-100-0 mph in the mid-16 second range, can cover the
quarter mile in the mid-13 second range, has a top speed of 160 mph, and
brakes from 60-0 mph in 116 feet.
Powering the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 is Chrysler Group's all-new
6.4-liter HEMI® V-8 with Fuel Saver Technology that delivers 470 horsepower (351 kW) and 465
(630 N•m) lb.-ft. of torque -- an improvement of 50 horsepower and 45 lb.-ft.
torque over the 6.1-liter HEMI V-8 it replaces.
An active intake manifold and high-lift camshaft with cam phasing delivers
maximum low-end torque while optimizing high-end power across a wider and
improved rpm band. Specifically, 90-percent of peak torque is available
between 2,800 and 6,000 rpm, allowing for inspired standing starts and
improved straight-line performance.
Standard Fuel Saver Technology and a new-for-2012 active valve Exhaust system allows four-cylinder operation to
engage over a wider rpm range, to deliver both improved fuel efficiency --
a 13-percent increase on the highway -- and an extended range of 450 miles
on one tank of gas.
Standard steering wheel mounted paddle shifters join the standard Auto
Stick on the floor. Both are mated to a proven automatic transmission,
allowing a choice of spirited shifting on the road and the race track. Both
methods give the driver the ability to shift while the transmission
controller calibration prevents situations that might over rev the engine.
Fully adaptive electronic control of all shifting makes the powertrain more
responsive while minimizing harshness.
Chrysler Group's SRT vehicles are well known for their world-class braking.
Stopping power for the 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT8 comes courtesy of new SRT
high-performance Brembo brakes with four-wheel anti-lock brake system
Stopping distance performance of 116 feet from 60-0 mph is made possible by
new red-painted, Brembo 6-piston (front) and 4-piston (rear) calipers, and
vented rotors at all four corners measuring 15-inches (front) and

Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Super Snake - 750 Horsepower ROAD TEST
I was lucky enough to get the keys to this awesome car and wanted to share
my quick blast up this canyon road with any fellow gear heads. I'm just
your average car lover that happened upon this great opportunity to wheel
one of the fastest production Mustangs ever made! Chevy, Mopar or
Ford guys should appreciate this car...750 horsepower in a production
street car is flat-out cool. Unfortunately my lack of skills don't do this
car justice on the road...but this video will give you a taste of the
immense power, ferocious sounds and sexy yet menacing looks of this
American muscle car.
Check out the other videos on my you tube channel... there are a few more
road test videos with some great cars and build videos of my personal
project vehicle, a 1970 Ford Maverick with a Dodge Viper V10 engine stuffed

2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 6.1L V8 Start Up & Rev
Start Up & Rev of a 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 with a 6.1L 425 HP Hemi V8
thats paired to a 5 Speed Auto.
This car just has a Beautiful retro exterior & a really powerful V8. But
the Interior is just crappy. It just feels so primitive, bland, & cheap.
Just doesn't work with the great look of this car on the outside.
The only decent Challenger's are the ones equipped with the V8's for now.
The current 3.5L V6 paired to a 4 speed auto is just a junk drivetrain.
If a V6 challenger is what you want, wait for the 2011 or 2012 Model which
will come with Chryslers Pentastar V6 engine which delivers lots of horse
power & is the most refined V6 ever to come out of Chrysler, and it's also
going to receive a much needed interior rework which should fix this cars
Dodge Hellcat-Viper-Hellcat Thrash Battle! - Roadkill Ep. 38
Roadkill is now powered by Dodge! To kick off the sponsorship, Finnegan and
Freiburger called for some brand new 2015 supercars: the 707-horsepower Dodge Challenger
SRT Hellcat and Charger SRT Hellcat, plus a 645-horsepower Dodge Viper GT.
Why? For an epic thrash, of course! This video has more tire smoke than
you've ever seen from these cars, plus a big, irresponsible surprise at a
motocross track. There are guest spots from Carlos Lago from Motor Trend,
Fred Williams from Dirt Every Day, and pro drifter Tony Angelo. None of
these guys should have been handed the keys. And by the way, we used the
Hellcat red keys the whole time.
Roadkill appears every fourth Friday on the Motor Trend channel.
