1973 Dodge Challenger Rallye Restoration part 1
My dad bought this car brand new. It sat in the garage unused from the mid 80's until the mid 90's when I got my drivers license. Dad knew I wanted the car so he never sold it. I put 3000 miles on it in the mid 90's before it went to the first bodyshop. After the horrible work the first bodyshop performed, the car was disassembled in 1998 to be done right. It sat in the garage for another 10 years before being worked on again. Part 1 is a compilation of pictures from 1973 to 2010. It starts with a couple pictures of the car in the 70's and ends when the car came home from the bodyshop in 2010. Part 2 is of the component restoration and assembly.

1973 Dodge Challenger Classic Muscle Car for Sale in MI Vanguard Motor Sales
http://www.ClassicCarBuyingSecrets.com Click now for an instant download on "How to Avoid the 7 Deadliest Mistakes of Buying a Classic Car Online"! Here's a sporty car that's everything its name implies: Challenger! Let's get personal with this 1973 Challenger. There's something about the way it moves. It's a well-balanced machine. It screams down the road with a fresh 440. It halts with power front disc brakes. The Rallye performance hood and wheels add to the killer looks of this Mopar. With its ground thumping 440, a 4-speed transmission and stunning Sublime Green paint, you have yourself a Mopar that can be shown and driven with pride for many years to come. This Challenger was restored about six years ago. The Sublime Green paint is beautiful and glossy, and the flat black hood and stripes are stunning against the green paint. There is a small amount of filler, but the lips are clean, the margins are tight and the doors open and close great. The glass is in excellent condition and the undercarriage is solid. The gorgeous Rallye wheels are paired with a set of Cooper Radial GT tires. The 440 cubic inch motor sits inside of a clean engine bay. There's no sign of damage in this car's past. Power steering and dual Exhaust are nice touches. The chassis and floors are solid. The 4-speed manual transmission handles the gear changes with ease. This is one very special, extremely good looking car. The black interior is new and very clean. The bucket seats have a console with wood grain to match the trim around the gauges and door panels. There is a set of aftermarket gauges under the dash. Open the trunk and you'll find a solid pan. This Challenger has the original owner's manual and the dealer catalog. This Challenger is a no-excuses car, regardless of whether you want to show it or drive it. With a recent restoration this stunning Mopar does not disappoint. Big block power, a 4-speed transmission, and a stunning green paint job? Life just doesn't get any better than that. Don't pass this one up! Call today! 248-974-9513 www.vanguardmotorsales.com

I've had Coronet R/T's, Challenger RT, Demon's, 300's, SRT8's, I love em all! And I have no problem with other cool Musclecars. I even own a Buick with a V6 that is fairly quick......However....I loves me Mother Mopar! I'm back in the old school! I have a "NEW" 70 Coronet R/T! Burnt Orange/White interior numbers matching, bla bla bla bla!!! Will post pics of it in my new Mopar song. Yeah, I'm doing another one, yeah I'm corny! Actually 2 tunes. One, I penned back in the mid 80's called Red Light. It was about my 69 R/T.
