2012 CTS-V Track Session - Eagles Canyon Raceway
See 5:30 This is what happens when you run stock brake fluid. I had total brake failure at this point. The pedal had been getting progressively more soft, but I never expected it to fail. I had already slowed down in anticipation of pitting in and getting my fluid flushed. Car was fine besides grass and dirt flying into the car. 2012 CTS-V automatic sedan with an Airaid CAI, otherwise completely stock down to the tires and brake fluid (ha). Lesson learned. Thanks to LG Motorsports for being on hand to flush my brake fluid with some good Endless fluid.

XLR8 App - NASCAR Exhaust Sound
NASCAR Video: I love feisty engine sounds in all their sonorous forms, but those sweet Exhaust songs can be elusive because of the cost of replacing the engine and or Exhausts. But there's an app for that! XLR8 ($.99) that samples audio from actual Dyno sessions with NASCAR, Ferraris and Ford GT40s, and manipulates them via the built-in accelerometers. It transforms into the ride of my dreams-- or at least a reasonable auditory facsimile of it. from Popular Mechanics -Basem Wasef I made this little video with HP MediaSmart Video and a Sony HDR-CX110 Handycam.
