http://www.roadtesttv.com/ Road Test TV -- The World's fastest sedan, just got a little better. Now that Cadillac has a new Coupe and Sport Wagon Version of their CTS-V, buyers of Cadillac's CTS-V Sedans also have a lot to look forward to in 2011.
In addition to the known potent 556 hp supercharged 6.2 liter V8, the 2011 CTS-V will be packing some new performance equipment. First, in August of 2010, the CTS-V will be available with Brembo 2 piece rotors.
Beginning in December of 2010, CTS-V buyers will be able to order the following:
1) Satin Graphite 19″ V Series Wheels;
2) Yellow V Series 6 pistion Calpers in front- 4 piston rear;
3) Black Chrome Grille, and
4) Limited Slip Differential with Oil Cooler (Available March 2011).
Cadillac appears to be very serious about taking their performance marque CTS-V up another notch. Improved brakes and an oil cooler for the limited slip differential is a step in that direction. If you would like to read more about Cadillac's CTS-V, go to their official website.

Cadillac Supercharged CTS-V vs. Lamborghini Gallardo
Synopsis: Race between a stock 2009 supercharged Cadillac CTS-V sedan and a modded 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo. Two runs include a 40-100 roll and a 60-130 roll. Modifications done to the Gallardo are weight reduction, Exhaust, and tune. Both cars had no passengers and both cars are operated by a 6-speed manual transmission.

2011 Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon Black Diamond Edition (2011 Chicago Auto Show)
General Motors showed off the sexy new Cadillac Black Diamond Edition CTS-V Sport Wagon at the 2011 Chicago Auto Show, complete with its exotic SpectraFlair paint and snazzy yellow brake calipers. As you may recall, GM partnered up with JDSU for the special hue, and each Black Diamond Edition Caddy gets a three-coat paint process. Along with the shiny stuff, Cadillac bolted on a set of Satin Graphite 19-inch wheels that help make those wild calipers pop in a big way, and the interior makes use of plenty of micro suede and special wood accenting.
The combined effect is one very sinister long-roof.
Prices for the gussied-up CTS-V coupe start at $70,490, which is a $4,850 premium over the run of the mill V. Worth it? We'll just say that this machine is one of the few at this year's Chicago Auto Show that made our do-want list.

We finally had a chance to test drive the 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe. The MSRP starts at $63K and even at that price you get a ton of bang for your buck. Not to mention all that horsepower. 0-60 MPH on the CTS-V Coupe is 3.9 seconds. The supercharged V8 produces 556 horsepower.
Roadflys review of the CTS-V Coupe confirms that Cadillac is going head to head against the best the Germans have to offer. The Cadillac CTS-V by just about every test beats the Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG and BMWs M5.
