May 4, 2008. Stupidity was a major factor in this accident which finished at South Cedar and 74th Street South. It began a block away at South Pine and 74th. Or that is where the skid marks begin. One block away and on the wrong side of the road! Witnesses reported that the vehicle was racing another or pursuing another in a road rage incident. The driver was speeding more than twice the posted speed limit. The vehicle rolled several times end over end before coming to rest in the house. extrication was required to remove the driver who only suffered a broken arm. No one was in the house at the time of the accident and the driver was insured.

Ford Taurus SHO drag racing at Capitol Raceway
My son-in-law raced his Ford Taurus SHO in the "Test & Tune" at Capitol Raceway in Crofton, Maryland. It was really windy and cold that day, and I made the mistake of trying to operate two cameras AND a video camera at the same time. Enough excuses. This is the best footage I have of the day, showing my son-in-law racing his car. Permission granted by Capitol Raceway, and my son-in-law to show this video.
