2014 Harley-Davidson 48 [Forty-Eight] bike review
The Harley-Davidson 48 is a member of Harley's entry-level Sportster range
and has been inspired by the Bobber movement of the late 1950s. Its balloon
tyres, slammed aesthetic and wonderful air-cooled V-twin may celebrate a
brilliant past, but as Jon Quirk discovers, the 48 works pretty well as a
modern day town bike, too.

Harley-Davidson 48 review
The new Harley-Davidson 48 is supposed to help the American firm attract a
new younger fashion-conscious audience. The 48 is basically a stripped-back
Sportster 1200, with a wide 150-section front tyre. The speedo is mounted
flat on the top yoke and the mirrors are mounted under the handlebars to
give the 48 a flat-topped look.

Dzikieswinie member test riding a brand new H-D Forty Eight model. Fun,
powerful and good-looking bike but needs strong wrists, louder pipes and
getting used to the rearviews situated below handlebars. Excellent rating
but rather for short distance rides.
