Review 2013 Ford Focus ST: engine, 0-60 mph, seats, transmission, braking, base price, external, internal. I really like the look of it and im glad that it leaves out the ford sync because that has proven itself as one of fords great flops and a large reason it did so poorly in its recent reliability surveys,but the performance seems lacking for the power it has. someone previously brought up the 2008 colbalt SS which has pretty much the exact same power ratings but is almost a whole second quicker to 60. even if ford is underrating the new st i dont think theyre underrating by that much. for those that say the cobalt SS is not awesome look at car and drivers lightening lap. yea its faster than a Mustang gt track pack and right on the heels of the GT500. but with all that being said the fords interior and exterior to me at least is nicer and im sure a turbo 4 gets better mpg than a S/C 4 banger. i guess you have to pick what you really want from a car looks, speed and handling or mpg. you can pick any 2.
