Review 2013 Ford Focus ST: engine, 0-60 mph, seats, transmission, braking, base price, external, internal.
I really like the look of it and im glad that it leaves out the ford sync because that has proven itself as one of fords great flops and a large reason it did so poorly in its recent reliability surveys,but the performance seems lacking for the power it has. someone previously brought up the 2008 colbalt SS which has pretty much the exact same power ratings but is almost a whole second quicker to 60. even if ford is underrating the new st i dont think theyre underrating by that much. for those that say the cobalt SS is not awesome look at car and drivers lightening lap. yea its faster than a Mustang gt track pack and right on the heels of the GT500. but with all that being said the fords interior and exterior to me at least is nicer and im sure a turbo 4 gets better mpg than a S/C 4 banger. i guess you have to pick what you really want from a car looks, speed and handling or mpg. you can pick any 2.

2013 Ford Escape Titanium EcoBoost 4WD SUV - Review, Specs, Exernal, Internal, 0-60 pmh, Startup
Review of 2013 Ford Escape Titanium EcoBoost 4WD.
Overall it's a very nice package. Price is competitive too, considering all the features not all of which are even offerred by luxury brands, let alone mainstream ones.However, I do debate the usefulness of the trunk opening feature. While it would make sense on the sedan or coupe where the trunk lid opens vertically, the SUV back door swings out and up on a curve necessistating as author mentions step back. I will take trunklid opening button on the remote over this any time. Think about it. You are loaded with shopping bags, or home improvement supplies and may be a baby in your arms you come up to dance under the bumper then take immediate step back while balancing your load to avoid being slammed in the face. Did Ford actually conducst usability test on this feature?

Here is a short comparison video of our recently received Focus ST, comparing it to our Colony Customs edition 2013 Focus SE.
The ST is equipped with all options available. The SE is equipped with a 3d Carbon ground effects package, 18" Fast wheels and Eibach sport springs.
Although not nearly as fast as the ST, the SE is a nice balance of looks and affordability. It is also much cheaper on insurance and does not require premium fuel.
