1998 VW Jetta 2.0L Autotech 260 cam Brullen muffler with Thrush resonator 2.5 in piping Autotech Q chip MKIV Intake manifold swap Neuspeed P-Flo intake The squeak at the beginning is my flywheel, I do have an Exhaust rattle on the rear beam because I lowered the rear coils more, and the popping sound is the acorns on my driveway as I run over them. And the loud scrape near the end is me scraping my front Euro vr6 lip coming into the driveway. If you want any more details on my car, feel free to ask

VW Jetta Tarmac Long run.
12.1 Mile run. 35 degrees outside. Kumho Ecsta AST's 195/50/15. Not the best tires, but its winter and they are better in the cold. Not even close to the limit even with those tires. 1997 VW jetta 8 valve OBD1 motor and head. 260 cam, ported intake manifolds and TB, velocity stack for this run, 8LB flywheel, 16V clutch and pressure plate, Full SS Exhaust, High flow cat, TT downpipe, MK4 Manifold. Koni Yellows, FK springs, Poly bushings all around, G60 HD strut mounts, Neuspeed 28 mm RSB Neuspeed 25mm FSB, upper strut brace, rear upper strut brace, WRD lower front strut brace, Corrado G60 11.1" Front brakes, Powerslot Cryo treated rotors all around, SS Brake lines, Hawk HPS Pads all around.

What's UP! VDUB, .. all my VW people, show some love!! This is my dailey driver, and instead of the popular VR6 swap or the MUST DO 16v swap, I decided to stick with the 8v and plan on making 300hp turbo later! But first things first: to get some power now, I BEEFed up the TOP END: Mk2 8v ABA Head swap w/dual valve springs: - 4 Angle valve job - Port and Polish job - Milled and deck: little higher than 10:1 - Resurfaced and High Temp. Bagged VW Jetta with Brullen Exhaust
My 98 VW Jetta on airride. Airride kit is a digital air strut kit from AirLift. Exhaust is a Brullen muffler with 2.5in piping from cat back. AEM cone filter on the end of a custom one-off Short Runner intake manifold. Car has an Autotech 260 cam and an Autotech Q chip. (I have a buddy who is an AirLift dealer, if anyone wants AirLift products, message me)

2.0L VW Jetta exhaust sound clip
This is my 2nd attempt at the Exhaust on my 96. It is curently 2.25" no cat through a Thrush glass pack, then into 2.5" mandrel bends and into a Hooker Aero chamber muffler. I think the camera actually make sound slightly raspier than it is. It doesn't sound to bad for a 4 cyl.
