Mufflex DOD18M review BEST SOUND!!! 2013 Ram 1500 HEMI
By request here's my 2013 Ram 1500 HEMI with the medium-tempered Mufflex
DOD18M Magnaflow Exhaust. Loud enough
for my likings, without being obnoxious. Best sounding under moderate to
aggressive acceleration from about 1500-2800 rpm. Or anytime at all when
you're standing right behind the truck, as this video taught me.
Some people go on and on about "Exhaust drone" (an in-cab resonance at certain
speeds, generally on the highway) with aftermarket Exhausts on these trucks, but in reality it's so
unremarkable that I barely ever notice unless I'm really listening for it.
Yes that's a camera boom made from an old broomstick and two zip-ties. Yes
it did an awesome job. No you can't have my broomstick.
'LIKE' if this video helped you at all! Cheers
2009DodgeRam 1500 Mufflex 14" Magnaflow dual exhaust
Installed the Mufflex retrofit 14 inch Magnaflow muffler. It brought out
all 390 ponies in the 5.7 liter Hemi. The old stock muffler was big enough
to float down the river on!. If you have a truck that has factory dual Exhaust you want to be able to hear it!!.
The Mufflex Magnaflow system achieves just that.I recommend it to all 2009
2009 Dodge RAM 1500 with a Mufflex DOD14M Exhaust
2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Mufflex 5.7 hemi muffler /Exhaust
This is a do it yourself Muffler retrofit kit for the 2009 Dodge 1500 5.7
Why change the complete cat-back when the factory dual tailpipe system is
already made of a 409 grade of stainless steel?
We at Mufflex offer the kit in 3 varieties depending on you taste for
#1 DOD14M = Aggressive. #2 DOD18M = Moderate. #3 DOD24M = Mellow.
18" Magnaflow Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi
Here is stock vs. mod comparison. added a 18" magnaflow single in - dual
out muffler to my stock dual setup. Also added a Airaid CAI at the same
time. I don't think the vid cam does it justice, the 18" is definitely way
louder then stock. Almost wishing I got the 24"... maybe down the road will
switch it up. I love the sound but might get annoying over time.
