1987 Shelby Charger GLHS #477 - 15 psi Turbo Boost - FOR SALE BY OWNER - October, 2012
IF INTERESTED, PLEASE EMAIL ME AT firstname.lastname@example.org SEE PICTURES AT http://1987chargerglhs477.wordpress.com/ This car has the Mopar Performance Stage II computer installed. I shifted at about 3500 RPM to keep the speed down. There are a lot of police in the area. This car just wants way more than I gave it. It's one angry little 4-cylinder that's for sure. I don't get to drive it often, but when I do it amazes me every time! With usual driving habits, I saw about 24 to 28 MPG using the trip odometer, for what it's worth. This car has a little over 51,000 actual and documented miles at the time of this video upload. The turbo is very strong, does not blow any blue smoke or burn oil. The original computer comes with the sale of the car, and still works as it should. However, Boost with the stock computer is limited to 12 psi by design.
