VW Jetta Tdi Turbo Diesel Sleeper rollin some coal with many upgrades
Just a quick powerbrake video of my everyday driver before I pull the
tranny for a manual swap. Has a larger turbocharger, larger injection pump, stage 2 chip,
race nozzles, and 3" turbo back Exhaust. This thing is crazy quick compared to
stock at a snails pace of 90hp. It cannot put the power to the ground with
the rebuilt automatic trans, it will barely hold half throttle before the
tranny slips or the tires break loose. Many more upgrades are in store for

Cold start of VW Jetta 1.9 TDI, 1Z, +200 hp.
First start of VW Jetta mk2 from 86.
Engine is 1z TDI from Golf 3 (90 hp basic)
Diesel pump have been rebuild and converted from 10 mm to 12 mm at Bosh.
K16 CZ turbo.
Bleed valve for controlling Boost.
3 bar map sensor.
2.5" Stright Exhaust.
Intercooler mounted in front
of front bumper.
Intake manifold from Golf 2 GTD.
The car got no "tuning-box"/evry mod.
The car is not chipped yet.

1.6L VW Turbo Diesel Mods (11/15 & 19/2011)
Well, I started making this last week, and then made another one saturday
when i figured some stuff out... but i didnt get a chance to edit them...
so i had at them tonight, and made a gooder for you all!
I basically show what i did to increase Boost and fuel on my 1991 turbo diesel jetta. i couldnt find any solid
resources to learn how to do this, so i figured id make a video tutorial.
