About 4 minutes of footage I shot at the 2009 Petit Le Mans. Race was stopped a little over 4 hours into it on account of rain. I had only filmed from 3 spots at that point so there isn't too much variety in the action. This was the first real use of my new Canon HF S-100. I've edited out my shaky footage (no tripod) but have not altered the video otherwise.

Porsche's 12 Hours of Sebring
The 2010 12 Hours of Sebring marks the 50th anniversary of Hans Herrmann's victory at the legendary event in his 1960 Porsche RS 60. This year, the pair of Flying Lizard Porsche GT3 RSRs are on hand to defend their 2009 championship title. Jörg Bergmeister and Patrick Long, both Porsche factory drivers, discuss what it's like to race at Sebring and to be part the Porsche driver legacy. It was a close battle in GT2 last year between the Lizards and Corvette Racing, making this year all that more important.
Also on hand for this year's race is Hans Herrmann, the first Porsche driver to win the Overall victory at Le Mans. Hans talks with Patrick and Jörg while at Sebring about the changes in the racetrack over the past 50 years and how motorsports as a whole has changed.

American Le Mans Series At Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course 2009
This is the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) At Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course 2009. This was on a practice day, so i could get up very close to cars with out anybody caring. The Indy Car series along with the GT3 series were here on this day too. Practice days are very good days to go see a race because you can get up very close to cars (even inside the pits in the paddock) and you see cars racing a lot more through out the day!! They don't hold back either. We saw them get 3-wide on the front straight, it was crazy. I highly recommend going to a ALMS race on a practice day because in the paddock some crews invite you into their pit to look at the car very close or you can simply walk into their pit and a crew member will start talking to you!! Feel free to ask any questions.

Mosport Raceway American Le mans Series 2009
Just some clips from the sights and sounds of Mosport International Raceway. The Patron Highcroft Racing Team placed 1st overall, Lowes Fernandez Racing finished 1st in class and the Corvette Racing Team placed 1st in class a couple car lengths ahead of the Risi-Compitizione Racing Team. Enjoy!
