Cadillac Fleetwood Lowrider 1/25 Radio Control
Mockup of the rear drive setup I created for my new radio control Cadillac
Fleetwood Lowrider project. It works prettty good but still needs some fine
tuning. The "hydraulics" work at different speeds.
R/C lowrider truck w/hydraulics
This is similar to the Esca-LAID LOW truck. This is also 1/10 scale. This
truck also has a scratchbuilt brass frame. I converted the 6-channel radio
to a 7-channel. This truck has an independent front suspension, a 3-link
solid rear axle, and a drive shaft from a 1/18 scale rock crawler. It is
also equipped with shocks all the way around. The shocks go from the
servos to the suspension........trust me.....it handles great. It has 3
height settings.....all the way up, half way, and all the way down. Im
sorry i didnt make a "driving" video, but there was snow here when i shot
this. But, trust me, this truck is DRIVABLE IN ALL POSITIONS. Sorry, this
one doesnt hop either......it weighs about 5 or 6 pounds because of all the
reinforcing i had to do......notice the back of the frame is actually
c-notched.....i was going for something more realistic. In case anybody is
wondering, this body is from a Tamiya CLODBUSTER 4-wheel drive monster
truck. R/C guys should know what that truck looks like. I got my
inspiration from JEVRIES.....and his REAL DEAL '64 (a true work of art).
Thanks man. Comments are welcome.

R/C 61 Impala w/ HYDRAULICS
This is a car i built for a friend of mine in California. This is
basically the same design that is under the ESCA-LAID low truck.
Scratchbuilt brass frame, 7 channel radio. Does all the moves. Still no
hopping action, but it will drag the rear bumper. Enjoy
RC lowrider w.i.p. Real Deal '64 Impala
Here's a first glimpse at the Real Deal '64 Impala radio controled (non
driving)lowrider model car. It's 1/24 scale and features a Jevries designed
real working lowrider suspension using all of the original suspension parts
that came with the kit together with scratch build cylinders and pump motor
setup. It works with a tiny RC unit, all working part are hidden.
It features a fully decorated interior, engine and trunk setup filled with
pumps and batteries all done by ScaleLows, from Indiana.
This is the first stage as you can see in the vid the steering linkage is
still not there and the rear suspension needs some work as well.
In the mean time enjoy this vid!!
