Australia's Quickest BA XR6 Turbo
Phil Chain's XR6 turbo currently holds the record with an 8.4 at 166mph, but the boys had some problems getting it down the track at Jamboree and only (??) managed a couple of 9.1sec runs at over 160mph. It's a beast of a thing with a massive GT47R turbo. How soon until we see a 7sec pass from an XR6 turbo is Australia?

Usually it would wheelspin to 60, stuffing up the gear change, but this time it was nice and smooth. 0-100: 4.9 seconds 0-200: 16.1 seconds 80-120: 2.5 seconds Eased off a little after 200, was contemplating going to the 240 limiter but the private racetrack had a corner coming up so I canned that idea. Can't wait to start modding it.
