An old SAAB 99 turbo 16 valve with MSnS hi_res10F code and wasted spark (bosch motorsport) Trigger wheel is homemade on the flywheel and a 2 wire bosch idle valve. Results from the rollers= 344 bhp. and 400 newtonmeter of tourqe. Redline = 7000 rpms.

I ported and half polished this cast manifold and sprayed it with a ceramic coating on the inside and on the outside for better thermal insulation. The old 5 bolt flange plate is a nightmare and slows the turbo down way to much, its not the cast collar like everybody thinks is the problem, its the small port that creates back pressure and reduces Exhaust velocity.
