Barn Find 1947 Cadillac Restoration
This car came in covered in dust and appeared to be just another barn find. Once we washed it up and got into the car, we realized we had a true survivor gem on our hands. A careful paint job, some engine detailing and bright work restoration were all that was needed to put this car back on the top shelf where it belongs. This car rides on the brand new American Classic Bias-profile Radial wide whitewall tires from Coker Tire Company. Cadillac CTS-V World Challenge Rips Up Detroit GP - /SHAKEDOWN
Leo Parente and ShakeDown visit the Cadillac Racing SCCA World Challenge team as they take on the Detroit GP. CTS-V did its own work on the Belle Isle track ripping up the world-class competition [not the track, like IndyCar did] winning both WC races. As the event was held in the backyard of GM Headquarters, a few Cadillac engineers / execs [and the Pratt & Miller team] provided us the opportunity to explore exactly how Cadillac bridges the connection between racecar and road car - Technology, Process, and Passion make the trip. And thanks, Cadillac Racing video team, for the on-board footage. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIfTyhm4QZQ
