Alonso drives the LaFerrari
Before heading for Budapest and the Hungarian Grand Prix, Fernando Alonso
had the opportunity to assess for himself the very latest phase of
development of the quickest car ever produced in Maranello for everyday
road use, not just exclusively on track; the LaFerrari. Today, we present a
video made at the time: judging from his efforts, Fernando enjoyed every
one of the 963 horsepower on offer from the
combination of the V12 engine (800) and the electric motor (163) which
powers the first hybrid car to come through the gates on Via Abetone
Inferiore. Along with his team-mate Felipe Massa, the Spaniard was involved
right from the start in the project and even on this occasion he
contributed valuable insights to the team of engineers and test drivers
involved in bringing to life and developing this extraordinary car.

Hungarian GP - Allison: "Much work on both projects"
The Tour de France, currently in full swing, has a daily prize at the end
of each stage known as the Combativity Award, given out to the most
aggressive rider. If Formula 1 did the same, chances are Fernando Alonso
would be winning that accolade, for his duels with Vettel in the British GP
and with Ricciardo in last Sunday's German GP.

Michael Schumacher in Ferrari FXX Burnouts & Accelerations!!
Marco records the legendary Ferrari F1 pilot Michael Schumacher making some
burnouts, donuts and accelerations in his black Ferrari FXX number 30 at
the Mugello circuit during the Finali Ferrari Challenge 08. First i record
Schumi entering in the circuit, then he makes some free laps at a very high
speed, the he makes some huge downshifts, from the 5th 'till the 1st gear,
and start to make some burnouts and donuts! At the end he comes back to the
box, where you can see Montezemolo that is waiting for him. Be sure to turn
up your speakers and to put on the High Quality Mode!

Chris Harris drives the Ferrari 430 Scuderia at Fiorano. The Scuderia
really is the best example of F1 racing technology appearing in a road car,
with gear shift speeds of just 60 milliseconds. That's the same as the
Ferrari F1 car from 2004. But is it anygood? For more Ferrari news and
