The 2010 Porsche Panamera turbo. Four
doors. Four seats. Eight cylinders. To this point, others may even have
been able to keep up. But then comes a point of difference in the form of
the new Panamera turbo. It not only
joins a long line of Porsche turbo
models it leads the way with its extensive standard equipment combined
with a host of features that are exclusive to a turbo. Dual-twin tailpipes in the unmistakable turbo design. Four LED daytime running
lights in each headlight unit with separate direction indicators. The front
end features horizontal slats and longitudinal struts in the air intakes.
The air outlets in the fender behind the front wheels also have slats.
Five, to be exact, and all in a chrome finish.
The auto-deploying two-piece rear spoiler highlights the rear of the turbo.The new Panamera turbo is powered by a 4.8-liter, twin-turbo V8 engine that generates an output of 500 horsepower and 516
lb.-ft. of torque. The 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) is fitted as
standard, as is Porsche Traction Management (PTM) with intelligent
all-wheel drive and an electronically controlled multiplate clutch. Also
fitted as standard is adaptive air suspension, including Porsche Active
Suspension Management (PASM) with three damping and suspension settings
ranging from comfort to sporty, and a suspension leveling system and

combination of sportiness and comfort. As standard equipment, the interior
features 14-way power seats including a memory package, with seat heating,

We've driven, drooled over and praised the 2010 Porsche Panamera before.
Back in June, Senior Road Test Editor Josh Jacquot twisted the speedometer
needle clean off a shiny, new 2010 Panamera turbo, pounding down the German autobahn at over
100 mph with a sleeping passenger, a belly full of sauerbraten and a severe
case of jet lag.
► NEW Porsche 911 Targa 4S - DRIVING
As with the predecessor model, the new Targa generation comes in two
versions available exclusively with all-wheel drive. The 911 Targa 4 is
powered by a 3.4-litre, 350 hp (257 kW) flat engine. Equipped with the
Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) and Sport Chrono package, this model
accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds and boasts a top
speed of 282 km/h. Its NEDC fuel consumption figures are between 9.5 and
8.7 litres/100 km, depending on transmission, which corresponds to a CO2
emissions level of between 223 and 204 g/km. The top model is the 911 Targa
4S, which delivers 400 hp (294 kW) from a displacement of 3.8 litres. This
model reaches a top speed of 296 km/h and, with the PDK and Sport Chrono
package fitted, accelerates in 4.4 seconds. Its fuel consumption fluctuates
between 10.0 and 9.2 litres per 100 km, depending on transmission, which
corresponds to a CO2 level of between 237 and 214 g/km. With these figures,
the model is on a par with the high standard set by the 911 Carrera 4
cabriolet models in terms of engine and road performance, as well as

The new 911 Targa models will be launched onto the market in May 2014. In
Germany, the 911 Targa costs EUR 109,338 and the 911 Targa S EUR 124,094,
inclusive of VAT and country-specific equipment in each case.

This is what the Swiss tuner Mansory thinks a Porsche Panamera should look
The power of this epic machine rises, thanks to the guys at Mansory, to
690bhp and 850Nm of toque at 4800rpm. As you would expect, Porsche have
kept the four-wheel-drive system found in the standard Panamera. 0 to
100km/h is reached in only 4 seconds and the Mansory Panamera C One has a
top speed of 328km/h!
