2009 Cadillac Escalade Headlights MIND OF THEIR OWN~BEWARE!!!!
We ride in this truck both here and sadly STILL now, we do so on a wing and a prayer, as the automatic headlamps, have been and continue to be a SERIOUS safety issue not only to us, but to other DRIVERS on the road. As I have mentioned, we have sent this information to GM, and they are aware of this problem, yet continue to IGNORE it. Our vehicle was taken in to the dealership where we purchased it, and they informed us, that they would have to drive it at night to see how what it was it doing for themselves. As we waited to hear from them, our son LOST HIS BEST FRIEND, yet ANOTHER DEATH, not due to the truck this time thankfully, but so much time passed, that finally we contacted CREST CADILLAC in Nashville Tn, to find out WHAT was going on? They said come pick up your truck! When we arrived, our truck had a flat tire, and they had tried to patch it, and there was mud up under the truck where it had been somewhere, that it CERTAINLY should NOT have BEEN!!! When we bought this LEMON, we also purchased a TIRE protection, meaning, IF we EVER had a NAIL, or ANYTHING happen to our TIRES OR RIMS, they were to REPLACED ...NEVER, NEVER PATCHED! We had NO time, as we were on a DEADLINE to a FUNERAL. ONCE more, we had to ENDURE heartaches and headaches, with not only GM but the dealership. After keeping the truck, not calling us, taking it GOD only KNOWS where, putting a NAIL in NEW tires, which FINALLY, they had to REPLACE, CREST CADILLAC came up with the following final analysis~No problems found. Lights working As DESIGNED. What does that mean, we asked one of the service men? He then takes us to the side, and says, that GM TRIED these ridiculous AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHTS on their AUTOS some YEARS back, they did NOT WORK then, and they are NOT working now. That was all he would say. To date, the lights have caused people to BRIGHT light us, Veer over at us, thinking we are Intentionally Bright Lighting them, and We are NOT, I have been alone, when following behind someone, and their TAIL LIGHTS, apparently, were NOT bright enough, for our LEMON of a truck to pick up, therefore, our lights would flip onto high beam, THIS remains a CONSTANT threat, and a ONGOING nightmare. I cannot ALLOW my 21 YEAR old son to GET back in THIS truck, I CANNOT ALLOW my 24 year OLD DAUGHTER to GET in THIS TRUCK, THEY should be ABLE TO TAKE THIS TRUCK, ALL OF US SHOULD and FEEL SAFE! THIS SHOULD BE...a DREAM TRUCK, rather IT IS A NIGHTMARE, and GM, does NOT NOT NOT NOT CARE. How sad the day, when you save so much hard earned money, only to find out, all is LOST and the HOPE of EVER seeing it BACK, LOOKS GRIM. DUE to an ATTORNEY who DOES not call you, and a multi-billion dollar corp. that really does not care if you die. I again, must ask, How DID we get here, WHERE is the AMERICA my Daddy fought for in WWII Because THIS IS DEF NOT IT !

Летом устроили сравнительные заезды двух "слонов", попутно приводили чарчжер-кит в рабочее состояние! С одной стороны практически "стоковый", но очень живой Эскалэйд 2008-го года (выпуск без катализаторов + прошивка, 14.8-15.0\ 402м), а с другой "Platinum" 2011-го, но с Intercooled Supercharger System by "Magna Charger" (TVS1900), дающей приблизительно 523-527 л.с. на выходе! Для заметки, заводской "бегемот" 403 л.с. и проходит "квотер" за 15.9-16.2 (всё пробовали самостоятельно, никаких фантазий).
