2011 ZX10R 6th gear top speed test against the BMW S1000RR for a couple of miles.
I wanted to see if the BMW S1000RR could run me down on my 2011 ZX10R and
pass me like it does to my CBR1000RR.
This doesnt mean the ZX10 is faster then the S1000RR but it can hold its
We did a lot of 2nd and 3rd gear roll-ons and the S1000RR pulls about 1
bike length on "me" in every gear. I still have to install my PCV, quick
shifter and filter. Might level it out a little bit more.

2011 ZX10R top end roll vs BMW S1000RR
In my opinion, the definitive answer as to what is what.. I suppose I could

S1000RR (183whp) vs Busa (235whp)
S1K is stock with 183whp est.
The Busa in this vid makes 235whp est. on pump 93 and 245whp est.(up from
the stock 160whp est.) on MR12 Race fuel using a ported head with cams and
being bored out to 1.4 liter from 1.3. It also has BST Carbon fiber wheels
and ceramic bearings. The bike is built to kill.

Kawasaki 2011 zx10 vs BMW s1000RR
2 stock standard bikes, maybe we can put the road ride section to bed. 2
awesome bikes, nothing to be ashamed of owning either of them. Pls. note,
this was also not a flat out top end run which might change things again..
Thanks to Marek for additional video footage..
