Trevor Holland of Holland Performance in Spokane has been a friend of the shop for years. He also happens to have one of the fastest AWD auto DSM's in the country that we have helped support. Recently, Trevor was able to get a deal on a pristine 2003 VIII with a blown motor. After purchasing parts from us, Trevor put together a 2.0L and a Holland Performance turbo kit with a PTE 6266. Graveyard Motorsports DSM and EVO Piston Comparison
This is a quick info video about the differences in the 6 bolt turbo (7.8 to 1) the 2g piston (8.5 to 1) and the evo piston. In the video we try to explain comp of the evo in the dsm engines. They will be around 8.4/8.5 depending on head gasket, since cylinder dome is larger on dsm's. Evo piston with Evo head is 8.8 to 1. Check site for more details. my 92 plymouth laser, first time at the track with it. Been rushing fixing little things here and there, still realllllly needs a re-tune. First run, I spun all through 1st and got out of it and back into it. Second run was earlier in the night before it was so cold and the track was dewy, only a 1.8 60ft. Trap speeds are good for low-mid 11's for sure.. and the car has a ton more potential with a better tune, and a few changes here and there.
