well whenever I get up against the launch control, after about 3-4 seconds the car will go into limp mode every time. I am not to sure what the heck the problem is and the dealership can not seem to figure the problem out either. I had a Boost leak and fixed that, well it cured the problem for about 2 days or so then it was back to going into limp mode again. Any help would be much appreciated guys and please no smart ass remarks like should not have bought jap crap or whatever.

How to fix Lupo 3L limp mode on a motorway
In this case problem was with faulty N75 solenoid which controls the Boost pressure. There was too much
deviation in what the ECU is asking and what the faulty N75 delivers. I
will change the solenoid and it should stop going into limp mode after
Turning engine OFF and back to ON works also on other VAG cars.
There is always a risk for steering lock when you turn the engine down so
its more wise to stop on the side of the road for this procedure. I did
that every 10 km so people started to look me strange when I passed them
fifth time in past 50 km motorway section.
Car worked nice when speeds were under 100 km/h speeds but after that the
problems started to occur. Car feels during driving that you start to lose
power and after that it jumps to full Boost. So ECU is asking 0.7 bar Boost and N75 gives only 0.4 you put more gas
and the engine gives out all power. From VCDS log the was over 6 second
delay in Boost delivery. After a
while the car went to limp mode which I "fix" in the video.
In this lupo and my previous Seat Cordoba 1.9 TDI the problems only
occurred when weather is around zero celsius. Condition is much worse in
this lupo so I will fix the problem. In my Seat I had this problem only 4
times in whole winter but still I bought new solenoid just in case.
So in short car feels like gas pedal works only in two modes on and off.
That is very difficult and stressing to drive and its wiser to check the
fault codes if you have limp mode problems because it car something very
dangerous for the engine also.
You should also know that many TDI engine fires begin from that N75
solenoid so change it if its not working properly.

How to reset a Saab B235R throttle body from Limp-Home-Mode
This is a very easy how-to on resetting a throttle body from limp-home-mode
for most OG9-3 and NG900's (and some 9-5's). The dealership will charge you
LOTS of money for this simple 5 minute job. You will also have to have the
check engine light reset, but you can get that done for free usually at
Auto Zone or Advance Auto Parts, or if you have an OBDII scan tool,
clearing the codes will clear the code & light that a reset throttle body
