Worst Driver Ever
On Our way to Kansas City from Columbia Missouri, along I-70 what seemed liked a tall man was rocking back and forth in the back seat of this infinity sedan ahead of us. The car was a danger to other cars around, but any attempt to pass was met with an non-signaled cut off and then the woman driving would put on her brakes. At first you'd think this was just a pathetic driver, but the "man" in the back seat turned out to be a 10-12 year old boy who was flipping off truck drivers while getting them to honk, and giving the bird to other cars. The cars hazards would come on randomly while driving in the fast lane. There was a younger boy up front. Neither kid had their seatbelt on, this one in the back kept opening the window and leaning out really far and screaming into this telephone. At one point both kids were facing us giving us the bird, for no reason other than...we were watching. Then the older one kept mooning us. Classy driving lady, You're a real winner.
OPP ZERO TOLERANCE... FINALLY!!
Driving thru northern Ontario on HWY 17 has always been extra dangerous. Now the OPP has set a zero tolerance, so see how it's going. It's the first time I set the cruise at 90kms/h ALL THE WAY, and it wasn't bad at all, I actually survived it!! Anyways, witness some of the crazy "professional" drivers out there. Kinda SCARY, eh!
Brake checking a cop...
"KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS" IS THE LAW IN CERTAIN STATES! While riding the left lane for no apparent reason this van was approached from behind by a sheriffs patrol car (clearly marked lights on top, black &white etc.), after blocking my way for several miles...I moved to the right as I saw the police cruiser approach figuring he would surely move over for the cop ...The van either didn't see the cop car at first or decided he wasn't going to pull to the right for him either (which is the travel lane for those who still cant grasp that concept) I was becoming more and more amused by this and decided to start recording with my dash-cam. The cop was not amused so he flashed his lights to the van several times, started riding the rumble strip and tailgating (note the weather...) The van driver for whatever reason decides it would be a good idea to brake-check the cop!!! And so it goes for quite a while until van guy pulls to the right lane as I'm contemplating going an extra exit or 2 to follow the unfolding saga...but as the cop starts to pass the van (I'm in the exit lane already) the most wonderful thing happens...
