Koenigsegg Agera R - On the road
One of the first shots of the Agera R on public roads! - The Agera R has all the features and functionalities of the Agera, but also features a few more unique solutions to further enhance performance even further. The Agera R has an upgraded fuel and engine management system that has enough flow capacity to generate 1115 hp and 1200 nm of torque on E85 and E100 bio fuel. As there is less energy content per given volume in these bio fuels compared to normal petrol, the fuel-system has to manage a flow that is similar to 2000 petrol hp, which means that the return less fuel system of the Agera R has the highest capacity of any car presently in production. Gumpert Apollo HD [Documentary]
The Apollo is a new generation sports car - a street-legal car, ready for the race track. The manufacturers claim the design is optimized to produce enough "downforce" so that the car could drive upside-down in a tunnel, if driven at sufficiently high speeds (over 190mph). The Apollo is a street-legal race car made in Germany. It is a mid-engined, rear wheel drive two-seater constructed on a tubular chromoly frame, with fiberglass or optional carbon fiber body panels. Top speed is 360 km/h (220 mph) with 0-100 km/h (62 mph) reached in 2.7 seconds and 0-200 km/h (120 mph) in 7.9 seconds. On July 27, 2008 an Apollo Sport was featured on the UK show Top Gear. Richard Hammond and The Stig drove the Apollo Sport. With a lap time of 1.17.1, the Apollo Sport became the new leader on the Power Lap Board. In 2009 this record was broken by the Ferrari FXX.
