https://twitter.com/bullshitkorner https://www.facebook.com/pages/Bullshitkorner/415124691917952 For those who were interested in the Bmw E46 angel eye conversion this is the video i did on the one kit that I had purchased. the light of kit is actually really nice however the connections that they give you are crap as I had to tape them together to make them work otherwise they will come apart and the lights will stop working. DIY BMW E46 Valve Cover Gasket Replacement
https://twitter.com/bullshitkorner Alright Changing the valve cover gaskets on a E46 BMW is a fairly easy job but there is lots of prep work to be done in order to get to the actual changing of the gasket. 1 remove cabin air filter 2 remove starter cable and other cable attached to the cabin air filter box 3 remove cabin air filter box 4 remove covers for fuel rail and valve cover 5 remove coils and coil wiring harness 6 remove vacuum line at front of engine valve cover 7 now you can remove bolts to valve cover, hopefully i didn't miss any steps Once the valve cover is off you then have access to the motor to inspect and check everything out. make sure the cover is properly torqued once your done and check for leaks afterwards.

BMW Service and Maintenance
https://twitter.com/bullshitkorner https://www.facebook.com/pages/Bullshitkorner/415124691917952 this is just a short video giving my bmw e46 a oil change and a air filter. since doing the VCG i've noticed that i need to do a oil flush since i was noticing some build up. When doing a service it's always good to go over you vehicle and look for other areas that are needing care. it's a good thing that i did as the banjo bolt on the power steering line was leaking. Carburetor Rebuild Basics (Part 1) -EricTheCarGuy
Carburetor Rebuild Basics covers the basics of rebuilding a carburetor. Now there are a LOT of different carburetors out there so this video won't apply to all of them, but it will give you a general idea of what you would be in for if you decided to rebuild one. Me, I like rebuilding carburetors. There's something about mechanical things like carburetors that interest me. How even the smallest part has a big effect on the overall operation of your engine. Since we've gone to fuel injection carburetors have become somewhat obsolete. I'm still a fan though. I may be a little rusty on this stuff since I haven't done this in some time but I hope this video helps you just the same. If nothing else, I hope you're entertained by it. TRS Tips: How to Install Angel Eyes or Halos (xbALed, XB LED, SMD, CCFL)
Dont mess with glue, it's not a reliable hold, it yellows over time, and you run the risk of it ruining your shroud if it drips. Press a thumb tack into 3 sets of holes around the front of your bezel, then use a tiny drill bit in the dimple to bore through the shroud all the way. From there, use a very thin metal wire (picture hanging wire most common, from the hardware store) to tie the angel eye ring onto the surface by fishing it through the holes you just made. Twist the wire on the backside to tighten it. Be careful not to over-tighten, as it may harm the ring especially if its a CCFL or exposed LED.

How To Make Custom LED Angel Eyes Rings DIY
Diagram (all rights to dadovw ) : http://tinyurl.com/cfejkfa I am not the original owner of the video but i made some of them and i can give you many information on how to do it yourselves! A video showing how I created my custom LED angel eye rings. People has been asking me to make it for them, but sorry, I don't have time. I thought it would be helpful to put a video together. In this video, I also show how I did my reflective tape upgrade to the ring to make it brighter and stand out better. This simple little trick traps the otherwise lost light that would have escaped into the reflective bowl, causing irregular light pattern inside the headlamp which blends out the ring. It's not about having the brightess ring; it's about making it stand out and doing it cheap. LED is the way to go.
