1,013 Horsepower Datsun 260Z Car Craft 2009 Summer Nationals
This thing hit 1,013 running E85 and NOS on its first and only pull... the owners decided not to do a 2nd which was wise... the Exhaust had burned 90% of the way through one of the straps and it would have snapped on the 2nd pull.

The 24 hours of Lemons "American Irony" race at Autobahn Country Club in beautiful Joliet Illinois on October 14th 2012. This video is the start of Sunday with me driving the #555 Ford Focus "Sideways to Victory." As you can see, the track was quite greasy and most of my time on track was spent under yellow flags (boo!)
Datsun 240z vs Nissan GTR
This is a homebuilt twin turbo " blow through " system on a 409 cubic inch Chevy small block engine in a 72 Datsun 240 z. The car is Street Legal due to emission excemptions and is used for cruising, car shows, and drag racing. It is a Sleeper since it uses a full Exhaust system and mufflers.
My Datsun 260z IS SICK # 1

It sat in a garage for over 25 years,now is seized from sitting for so long.
I've cleaned and polished a few things so far and on Jan 1st i'll be pulling the motor to do a complete rebuild. So if you have a Z car or have a liking for them let me know i'm always interested in why people like to restore older classics cars and motors of any type.
I will continue posting so you can see the progress. :)

Datsun 260Z w/ 327 V8 sound
Startup and a little rev. Pretty old Hooker headers, no cats obviously, full twice pipes... (doesn't look like it, I know, but one of the mufflers is mounted horizontal and the other vertical so they fit together very close)
Ray's 1974 Datsun 260Z RB25DET MegaSquirt MS1/E-029v
I installed Megasquirt on Ray's car (MS1/E-029v code to be specific), wired the instruments, and rewired almost the whole bloody car! The car runs awesome, looks awesome, and won 1st place in "Modified Z-car" at the 2007 All Datsun/Nissan Meet in Vancouver. While I researched how to hook up the RB25DET, Ray did all of the mechanical install of the motor, fab work for the Intercooler and Exhaust, and prepared all of the typically numerous other little things that take time and attention.
The audio track came from Brant Bjork's fantastic album Jalamanta (NLA & OOP), so go BUY yourself some of Brant's finely crafted music...
