В основу программы положен классический автомобильный тест-драйв. Тест разделён на блоки: «кузов и салон», «двигатель и ходовая часть», «стоимость». В "Первом тесте" - новинки и самые интересные автомобили всех мировых производителей. Телевизионный тест-драйв "Первый тест" появляется в эфире, в основном, первым среди конкурентов. Ведущий программы - Сергей Волощенко, автоэксперт и главный редактор одного из популярных автожурналов.
Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG (W166) — третье поколение внедорожника Mercedes-Benz M-класса в исполнении AMG. Версия от AMG была представлена 14 ноября 2011 года, а чуть позже 18 ноября на автосалоне в Лос-Анджелесе. По сравнению с обычной версией M-Класса автомобиль стал ближе к земле на 46 мм (1750 мм), а вот масса по сравнению с ML 63 AMG предыдущего поколения (W164), увеличилась на 35 кг (до 2345 кг). Но и отдача двигателя стала больше. Новый двигатель V8 серии M157 рабочим объемом 5461 см³ с алюминиевым блоком, двумя турбокомпрессорами и системой непосредственного впрыска топлива выдаёт 525 л.с. и 700 Н•м (V8 6.2 у предшественника развивал 510 и 630 соответственно). Одновременно тягу на обе оси передавал доработанный семиступенчатый «автомат» с оригинальной программой управления. Время набора 100 км/ч уменьшилось на 0,3 с (до 4,7 с), а максимальная скорость осталась прежней — ограниченной 250 км/час. Но, как это принято сейчас, особенно немцы гордятся улучшениями по части экономичности — расход топлива в смешанном цикле упал с 16,5 л/100 км до 14,7. И ещё создатели делают акцент на ходовой части, точнее, на системе Active Curve System, которой на предшественнике не было. Это технология предотвращения кренов кузова в режиме реального времени благодаря активным стабилизаторам поперечной устойчивости с гидрозамками спереди и сзади. Помимо этого инженеры отделения AMG перенастроили эластокинематику подвесок и программу управления пневмоподвески. В отличие от Мерседеса M-Класса последнего поколения ML 63 AMG получил новый электромеханический усилитель руля взамен электрического. В продажу на североамериканском рынке автомобиль поступит в первом квартале 2012-го.

New 2012 Mercedes ML 63 AMG

We've seen a lot of action from Mercedes-Benz and its AMG performance division this year, most of which concerns replacing the naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 with the company's new, more powerful, more efficient twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8. The 5.5 is a great engine, but we've lamented the death of the 6.2 for a while now (though Merc is still putting it to good use in the C63 AMG), and the next vehicle to get the 5.5-liter swap is the all-new 2012 ML63 AMG, which makes its official debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this week.
In standard guise, the ML63 AMG puts down 518 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque, though an optional AMG Performance Package raises those numbers to 550 and 560, respectively. This power is put to the ground via Merc's AMG Speedshift Plus seven-speed transmission, driving all four wheels in the case of the ML63. The Performance Pack also raises the SUV's top speed from 155 miles per hour to 174, and the extra grunt reduces the ML63's 0-to-60-mph time from 4.7 seconds to 4.6.
We like how the AMG design has been grafted onto the new M-Class shape, as the previous model was a bit too bulgy and brash for our tastes. Inside, there's a standard Designo leather interior, along with a whole slate of high-tech gizmos to keep you safe, comfortable and entertained.

Mercedes has officially unveiled the 2014 S-Class at the Airbus A380 delivery center in Hamburg, Germany.
Designed to become one of the most luxurious and advanced vehicles ever constructed, the 2014 S-Class has an evolutionary design that incorporates a sportier front fascia, a larger grille and a gentle slanting rear end. The sleek styling enables the model to have drag coefficient of 0.24 which is pretty impressive considering the pint-sized CLA has a drag coefficient of 0.23.
