"VW" Karmann Ghia: How To Remove The Body-Part 1
The beginning of a BIG JOB! http://www.swrnc.com or 972-420-1293

My 1974 Karmann Ghia
This is my 1974 Ghia. It was a hunk of junk when I first purchased it. Five years later after taking it compleatly apart it's now my favorite toy. 87mm pistons too. The gauges on the dash are VDO, but I purchased three "BUS" fuel gauges from junkyards. I removed the chromes rings and installed them on the new VDOs. Now they match the originals on the dash.

1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Engine Start
First time starting up the 2333 cc engine (91x84mm) that I installed in my wife's freshly restored 1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia convertible. Yes, I know my coil is installed upside-down. The after-market wire harness was installed with too little slack to reach a downward-pointing coil. This is temporary.

1967 VW Karmann Ghia Convertible Test Drive in Sonoma CA
Visit http://www.leftcoastclassics.com/1967-vw-karmann-ghia-convertible/ to see this cool classic 1967 VW Karmann Ghia convertible for sale from Left Coast Classics in Sonoma California. Join us for a little test drive in this super solid, clean vintage Karmann Ghia in excellent shape. Body looks great and the new paint has a nice, deep shine. Excellent trim and chrome with lots of new rubber, crisp, clear windshield, excellent tires and brakes. Engine in excellent condition, rebuilt less than 10k miles ago with dual carburetors and runs like a champ. Shifting is tight and smooth as well. The interior still has some original patina'd areas like the original square weave rugs, giving it a nice vintage feel. Otherwise the front seats and panels have been replaced along with the headliner and newer cloth top and boot cover. The floors and rockers are super solid. Everything is in great working order. We are currently replacing the fuel sender so that will be completed at time of shipping. Important to note that 1967 is a low production year making it pretty rare since only 4,100 were built. Check out the link above for full details, pricing info and detailed photo gallery. Then give me a call with your best offer. Donn Dabney 707-332-8331 Thanks for watching our Karmann Ghia test drive video - please leave a nice big thumbs up and a like on this very cool classic Ghia!
