There isn't very much information on the web about the launch control
system in the 2013 GT500 so I made a video as an end user on mine to
explain the 4 different modes and real world application.

Lethal Performance 2013 GT500 Motor Install & Dyno!
We are no stranger to ripping up the track and the Dyno with brand new vehicles and
our 2013 Shelby GT500 is further proof. The car has already run 9s with the
stock blower and motor, but we just can't leave it that way..
So we had Tim Eichorn of Mustang Performance Racing Engines go
to town on a new longblock for our Shelby. The heads and cams were modified
and assembled by Kris Starnes, who did a fantastic job.
Once the motor was done, we topped it off with a 4.0L Whipple from Whipple
Superchargers, custom powdercoated in a
clean white finish.
The powerplant is fed by our Lethal Performance complete fuel system using
Fragola Push Lite race hose & fittings, divisionX filter & adapters and
CP-E fuel rails and fuel hat.
Our good friends over at Power By The Hour Performance in Boynton Beach, FL
did the complete install and we were there to cover it, getting you an
inside look at putting together our newest monster.
Ken Bjonnes of Lund Racing was on site to Dyno and tune the car (which
made some awesome numbers). For those numbers and a more detailed writeup

2013 Shelby GT500 Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Review
Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! YouTube's largest collection of automotive

the bells and whistles. Depending on markup you can find them anywhere in
the mid $60,000 range upwards of $70,000.

economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach
you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed
fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership

Having been so close to a 9 second pass with our 10.002 last time at the
track we knew we needed just a few more runs and a couple of minor
adjustments and we would get what we were looking for.
If anyone has been following our build they know most of the mod list has
been kept pretty quiet. However we have disclosed that the car does run a
Nitrous Pro-Flow wet kit and it's been
tuned by Lund Racing. Some additional information about the car is that
it's full weight except for the front sway bar being removed and it's got
07 GT500 rear brakes. Other than that it's got everything else on it from
the factory including the additional weight from the SVT Track Pack (Oil
Cooler, Diff Cooler, Trans cooler pump).
We're running 100% stock suspension as well as the stock 3.31 gears. Stock
rear end as well.
The reason for this is that we know the majority of our customers and 2013
GT500 owners aren't looking to hack up their cars. They aren't removing
seats, building rear ends for them or running K-members with manual racks.
They want to go fast but still have the comfort and convenience this car
has when it's stock. So our goal is to show you guys what can be done with
as little as possible without sacrificing driveability.
Nonetheless we made it out to Palm Beach International Raceway early
Saturday morning with our crew, Jeremy Martorella of UPR Products, Ken
Bjonnes of Lund Racing and the film crew from That Racing Channel. The
weather was nice and Ben had the track prepped and ready for us to tear up.
The first run Jeremy launches the car at 3500rpms, it hooks and it's off.
We're pleased with the 1.45 60ft as it's the best 60 we've seen with this
car so far. (Remember stock suspension....) He then shifts the car easy
down the rest of the track, crosses the beam and the time comes up on the
board. email@example.com..We were excited to say the least.
This just goes to show all of this can definitely be accomplished with some
minor modifications, sticky tires and of course a good driver. If you have
