NOS LS7 454 / 1966 CHEVELLE CONVERTIBLE M22 4-SPEED
This is a video of my fathers & my 1966 Chevy Chevelle convertible M-22 4-speed with a rare NOS LS7 iron block 454. Started for the first time on January 12, 2012. This is the 3rd time starting the engine. Obviously it is not broke in yet so no high rev's yet. The next video will be us driving the car!

On the first hole of the day at Louisiana Mudfest, Brian Briggs (TheMudbogger79) showers down on that skinny. Unfortunately there was another truck stuck in the path of his roost. While trying to move out of the way, the entire 4-link setup completely cratered when the driver spooled up and dumped the clutch. The aftermath wasn't pretty. Too bad it was the first day!

1965 Mustang Drag Suspension Install - Calvert, Strange, Mini-tubs
We overview the entire rear suspension build on Project Biting the Bullitt - building a low 9-second True Street Mustang. We used a Strange 9-inch rear end, Calvert rear Cal-tracks, split mono-leaf leaf springs, Calvert drag shocks, Afco front leaf spring mount, and an Autoworks Mini-Tub kit. 1971 Nova owned by Duane Rush
My 1971 Chevy Nova I bought out of a junk yard and restored in 1994. I couldn't afford to pay anyone so did bodywork myself (never did it before). I got someone to paint it for me after I finished body work. I choose Bahama blue PPG paint. I installed a .30 over 350 small block with Keith Black pistons. I used a 620 lift Doug Herbert solid roller cam with Harland Sharp roller rockers. Double hump heads were fitted with 2.02 intake and 1.60 stainless Exhaust valves. I used a Edelbrock Victor Jr intake with a Barry Grant 750 cfm carb.
1 3/4" Hedman headers with 3" Exhaust in 2 chamber Flowmaster mufflers. I also installed a 4.11 Auburn posi- unit rear end. 12 gallon fuel cell with Moroso blue fuel pump sends the race fuel to the engine. Aluminum radiator with eletric fan and a Moroso electric water pump drive does the cooling.
New interor from Year One was installed after all painting was done. I wasn't trying to nor was I able to build a "showcar" I just wanted a nice lookin and sounding Nova to cruise around in.
