Video tribute to my 1999 Mercury Cougar
7 years ago today I brought home what has turned into a very important piece of my life. This car has helped me mature as a human being, has given me some of the happiest times of my life, and helped me meet some wonderful friends along the journey. It is currently broken down, and I cannot afford the repairs it needs to get it back on the road again. Whether it will ever run again remains to be seen. I decided to put this video together so that others can take the journey of the past 7 years with me, and experience some of the highs and lows I have gone through. 99% of the work that has ever been done to this car has been done with my own two hands and with the help of some very talented friends. In the past 7 years, I have probably put enough money into this car to have bought a new one perhaps multiple times over. I wouldn't trade the past 7 years for the world, they have been an amazing part of who I am today.

I've had a few people ask for it, so here's some in-car video of my new Exhaust. John, aka Predator, shot the video while I was driving. It sounds even crazier from the drivers seat, I can literally hear the "rush" of air coming out of the Exhaust. Sounds mean as hell though, thats for sure!

1999 Mercury Cougar (~5k RPM rev.) with a cold air intake from K&N and a Magnaflow Exhaust. also has a 10" JL 10W3v2-D2 (i think) powered by a KENWOOD 300W amp. beautiful car for its age, picked it up today, going to paint the front bumper because the paint flaked off a little and treat the rust under the left quarter panel.
