Here is my Pontiac Firebird 87. I have replaced the body parts to give it a 84 Trans Am look and it also has 84 LG4 under the hood. Not the greatest engine to start with, but its not easy to find engines i desire here in Estonia. Anyway, it does the job at the moment. After driving the car all winter long its time to move it to the garage and start bodywork. When it starts spinning the rear wheel i use handbrake to bring down the torque...it works :) And the sound you hear comes from rusted Exhaust pipe :)
83 Firebird Burnout
Just got the heads adjusted, and taking it for a test drive. This is my black 1983' FireBird Trans Am. Its has a small block Chevy in it thats been bored 30 over, 9/1 Dome top racial pistons, 780 lift custom cams, Weland intake, Headers, Holley 4 barrel carb into true duel Exhaust straight back. Still working on it, but she pretty mean already. The wheels are 19" on 275/30/19, and it has a true posi locked rear end. ( I still need struts, paint, slotted and drilled rotors, and some other minor up grades, but she is coming along fast !! ( Do NOT go out and drive like I am in this video. I have many years of experience in handle cars at high speeds, and know exactly what I am doing. ) Drive responsibly........as best you can :)

Chevy Caprice Classic cold start and warm up. Stock 1988 305 LG4 4bbl
The car is now sold and being restored to new condition by its current owner.
Anyway, here we have a cold start up on a warm summer day after sitting for about 9-10 hours over night. The first part before the cut, is the cold start and warm up. The second cut is after warming up and taking a cruise around the block. The car runs considerably different and smoother after warming up. I know this can be many issues, so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks for looking.
