2003 Nissan Murano SL The Murano comes with a 3.5L DOHC V6 thats good for 245 HP. This model delivers the power to the front wheels through a CVT. They're roomy & the seats are very comfortable. You will enjoy the sounds system in those equipped with the Bose sound system. Interior is well laid out & the engine is more than potent enough. I've driven many of these & my dislike is the ride which can be harsh on rough roads. Some wind noise as well. What I really do not like is the CVT which makes the driving experience less engaging. The first few years of the CVT in these were trouble & Nissan actually extend coverage to 10 yr or 120K ( Whichever comes 1st ) in order to ease concerns. I also found these a bit lousy in terms of MPG, driven a few hundred miles with many & I never was impressed with fuel efficiency.
