Body Dolly for Karmann Ghia/Bug/Beetle
I found an easier way to remove a Volkswagen Karmann Ghia or VW Bug body
with only two people after modifying simple plans for a body dolly that I
found on TheSamba.com.
The upper cross beams of the body dolly is secured with hingles of which
the pins can be easily taken out. This is good for 2 things:
1. Allows the beams to swing into place under the body of the car
2. Allows disassembly of the whole dolly so it can be put away when not in
