Here's Michelle's VF Valiant Hardtop a few hours after the 318ci was first started. The engine took 2 years to rebuild and is begging to have it's legs stretched.

This cranky 360ci VG Valiant 770 Hardtop is a wicked sounding beast and it doesn't look too bad either. A ground up resto that my mate spent the good part of 3 years to rebuild and you'd be safe to say that it's a job well done.

ON THE DAY POWER FIGURES WERE DOWN DUE TO WATER CONTAMINATED METHANOL (CAUSING THE STEAM). N/A RWHP WAS DOWN TO 680RWHP ADVERSE TO THE USUAL (733RWHP N/A). WHEN HIT WITH A 400HP NOS SHOT THE 512 CI WEDGE RECORDED A CONSERVATIVE 1027 RWHP @ 5800RPM DISTORTING 33 BY 14.5 SLICKS HAD TO BE USED IN THIS SINGLE RUN ON THE GAS TO GET SOME TRACTION ON THE ROLLERS. CONSIDERING THIS WAS 2000RPM SHORT OF ITS REV LIMIT AND FAT CONSERVATIVE TUNE THIS RUN WAS FAR FROM THE 512s MAX RWHP CAPABILITY.
