SOLD - 1970 Jaguar XK-E Series II Roadster
Red w/Tan interior, 4.2 liter 6-cyl/265hp, 4-spd manual. Upon its introduction in '61, Enzo Ferrari proclaimed the E-Type the most beautiful car ever built! Strong words of praise, indeed, but certainly easy to understand. The Jaguar XK-E is a classic sports car in every sense of the word. It's a work of art that is timeless in its design and it's influence can be seen on current sports and touring cars to this day! There's not a bad angle to be found anywhere! The example presented here was recently acquired by us out of a vast collection of only the finest sports, vintage and luxury automobiles. This one is no exception, having been completely restored to a show winning standard. It's presented in one of the best color combinations and runs and drives as good as it looks!
