1968 442 1979 Boulder City 2009 Burnout HD
When I posted my original video youtube called "1968 442 & 1973 340 Duster in 1979 Boulder City", I didn't know what ever happened to my 442. I had sold it in the early 1980's and never saw it again. I recently found it and the new owner was nice enough to let me drive it once again. It brought back such great memories. Darren (the new owner) brought it back from the dead (the guy I sold it to nearly destroyed the car) and suped up the big block 400 and it still has the massive torque it had before. The funny part of this story is that this was my first car when I was 16 years old. When Darren got it, it was his first car when he was 16 as well. Enjoy.
1968 Olds Cutlass S- 455 Big Block-847 485 8449 American Muscle Cars-- Palatine, IL
The car is a 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass S post coupe. It is black with a burgandy stripe. I have owned the car since 1992. It is originally from Oklahoma and is garage kept. It has a Rocket 425 that has been punched to a 455. It is a mild build. - Edelbrock performer cam, intake, and carb combo kit. - Ported and polished stock heads. - Long tube headers with dual Exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. - turbo 400 transmission with a stall converter, a shift kit and a hurst shifter. - 12 bolt posi rear end with a 390 gear. - Mag wheels with BFG radial T/A\'s in very good condition. - Air shocks with air bags. - Interior has bucket seats with console and is in very good shape. - Front disc brake conversion.
