1998 GMC Sonoma SLS Supercharged
Here's a one family owned, super low miles, GMC Sonoma SLS! The truck has
only 32k miles on it! And if that's not unbelievable enough, it also has a
supercharged 4.3L V6 and a Transco built automatic transmission with a
shift kit! The engine is a the original 4.3L with a Powerdyne Supercharger, MSD 6A box, MSD wires, Granatelli
mass air flow sensor, JBA Cat4Ward headers, dual Flowmaster Exhaust, complete K&N air intake system, air
conditioning, and power steering! The truck was Dyno'd between 400-425hp! This
is the factory SLS sport edition of the Sonoma, so it came with a posi-trac
rear end, lowered suspension (plus 1 inch of aftermarket rear lowering),
and sway bars. The truck has had the front brakes upgrade to larger
calipers and cross drilled/slotted rotors to slow all the new found power
down! The battery has been relocated to a very cleanly installed box in the
bed. Inside you'll find an interior that still looks and feels brand new!
It has bucket seats, fold down rear seats, factory CD player, power
windows, power mirrors, power doors, and there's a custom center console
for the B&M ratchet shifter and Autometer Boost and vacuum gauges that looks factory as
well! The truck is equipped with an anti theft system from the factory to
keep all your stuff safe too! The exterior of the truck shows just how
little use this thing has gotten! The paint is in great shape, it has a
Truxedo bed cover, the bed is Rhino-lined, and it has an attractive set of
17 inch American Racing wheels with sticky Yokohama ES100 tires! (225/45/17
fronts and 275/40/17 rears) The truck comes with a Crane Cams PowerMax
power tuner in case you ever need to have the dealership look at something.
The truck can have the tune returned to stock for that. This Sonoma is as
clean and sharp as they come! All the right products and equipment were
used to build this subtle rocket ship!

1971 Chevrolet Camaro: Mary Pozzi, Queen of Grip - /BIG MUSCLE
For its season opener BIG MUSCLE hangs out with the Queen of Grip herself,
Mary Pozzi. We traveled to Northern California to meet up with Mary,
husband David and her highly modified LS2 powered 1971 Chevrolet Camaro. We talked racing, car
set-up, touched on her SCCA autocross championships as well as her
inclusion in Sony's upcoming Gran Turismo 6. Then we took out her stunning
prized Camaro for an
all day flog in the California canyons.
2001 GMC Sonoma Manual Transmission Fluid Replacement -EricTheCarGuy
I have one final video for you for the Sonoma, the manual transmission
fluid replacement. I couldn't let this thing roll out without some fresh
transmission fluid to go with the new engine. You have to be careful
because sometimes the other parts get jealous and you don't want a
transmission getting jealous of it's new engine. GM Syncromesh is the way
to go with this in my opinion. It's great stuff and works well in other
vehicles as well. So please enjoy this video about changing transmission
fluid on a 2001 GMC Sonoma. Here's some useful links for you.

Seafoaming a 1999 2.2L GMC Sonoma
My best friend's 98 S10 finally gave up on life, and a new legacy has
finally been born. His new 99 Sonoma has 100k more miles on it, runs
better, and is an extended cab! It also has 4.10 gears and the 2.2 4
cylinder. It's never been touched by the healing powers of Seafoam, so we
thought we'd give it a go. And yes, you hear the tires squawking from first
GMC Sonoma Tough Truck Race
Tough Trucks, also known as Tuff Trucks, Rough Trucks, Pro Arena Trucks
and, Street Warriors, are off-road truck competitions held at 4x4 truck
jamborees, fairs, and monster truck events. Tough Truck competitions are a
downsized form of short course offroad racing. They are run as a side act
at most monster truck shows. The tracks can range from as big as a football
field, to as small as a hockey rink. Most track set ups consist of of
double jumps, single jumps, uneven rocker hills, and kicker ramps. Some
competitions are run as a single pass time trial, or side by side racing.
