Jaguar E-Type Restoration - 2 1/2 years in 8 minutes
Restoration video of a Series II Jaguar E-Type. The restoration took two and a half years, thousands of hours of labor, and much, much more $$. The Jag was last licensed in 1983 and spent the last 15 years outside with a deteriorated car cover. This was a nut and bolt restoration. Everything was rebuilt or replaced. Every motor, caliper, assembly, etc. was dissassembled and rebuilt.

The car runs strong with compression ranging 135-145 across the board. It starts; runs and drives beautifully with excellent brakes, tight steering and nice suspension. The Exhaust sounds beautiful and the overall condition is very nice. It is unusual to find a Classic Jaguar E-type with such a short list of owners and with such low, original mileage that has been nicely maintained and gently used.
