The Veloster turbo was unveiled at the 2012 North American International Auto Show. Shown was a concept vehicle with special graphics package featuring a gray and yellow stripe running the length of the car, yellow trim on the front spoiler, side skirts and rear fascia, as well as a checkered flag theme on the side and roof spoiler, was unveiled in 2012 Chicago Auto Show.[12] The US model went on sale in summer 2012 as a 2013 model year vehicle,[13] with the choice of either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic transmission with Shiftronic. Hyundai ix25 Upcoming Mini Suv 2015 Compact Crossover The production version of the Hyundai ix25 mini SUV was spotted in China recently ahead of its market launch which is reported to take place on October 9. As detailed in a previous post, the production ix25 has a few changes compared to the concept which was shown at the Beijing Motor Show. Minor tweaks to the lights, bumpers and skid guards are as far as the changes go. The ix25 will get two engine options, both running on petrol for the Chinese market. The base engine is a 1.6-liter unit while the more powerful engine displaces 2.0-liter. The engines will be paired to manual and automatic gearboxes (most likely 6-speed units). Hyundai are expected to launch the ix25 in a total of seven variants, and at least three variants would get an AWD system. In China, the ix25 is expected to cost an Indian equivalent between INR 12.56 lakhs and INR 18.36 lakhs. Expect Hyundai’s compact SUV to enter India next year.
