2010 Goodwood Revival - RAC TT Celebration race
Coverage of the 2010 Goodwood Revival RAC TT Celebration race. Nice to see
some Ferrari GTOs racing hard - and kicking some Cobra butt!
There were 4 GTOs and 4 250GTs in the race plus a couple of 330s and a 250
At 5:41 you will see the definition of a heart-attack moment: spinning
someone else's multi-million dollar 250 GTO/64 to the infield. Yikes!
Goodwood Revival 2010, St Mary's Trophy, Race One
Race one of the St Mary's Trophy for saloon cars raced between 1950 and
1959. Martin Brundle was the highlight of the race for me, moving up from
4th place to challenge for the lead in his Austin A35 (car# 1), before
contact with the leader punctured a tyre and ultimately put him out of the
race. His efforts were more than appreciated by the crowd though! Tom
Kristensen took the victory in his first visit to the Revival (driving an
Austin A95 Westminster), after a good race with Patrick Watts (in the Volvo
Amazon 122S) was cut short by mechanical failure.

This was filmed at the one hour, two driver race for closed cockpit GT cars

won by Jean-Marc Guonon and Peter Hardman in the Ferrari 250 GTO/64. You
can watch Guonon's celebratory donuts in another of my videos. Please check

Royal Automobile Club Tourist Trophy (RAC TT) Celebration Race, Goodwood Revival 2012
The Blue Riband event at Goodwood every year never fails to disappoint and
the RAC TT celebration race thundered into 2012 with a grid of cars
representing over £100 Million pounds ready to be raced harder than ever.
Despite some contenders occupied by the Shelby Cup and 250 GTO Parade a
thrilling line-up of quintessential period race cars was present such as
the Maserati 151 duo, a myriad of Jaguar E -Types, Ferrari 250's of almost
every incarnation and Aston Martin DB's. In a race un-plagued by the
torrential rain of last year Britain's offerings fought through safety-cars
and crashes such as that of Joe Colasacco in the Maserati Tipo 151 to
finish a Jaguar one, two, three in the hands of Adrian Newey and Martin
Brundle, John Young and Bobby Verdon Roe and Joaquin Folch-Rusinol and Tiff
